Beware if you're buying a used car. I spoke with the salesman Chris Estrada and said I was ready to buy the car today without haggling, but I first needed to get the car checked by I spoke with the salesman Chris Estrada and said I was ready to buy the car today without haggling, but I first needed to get the car checked by a mechanic that is <5 min away. This made the salesman Chris Estrada very upset and he told me they don’t allow that. I’ve bought plenty of vehicles before so I knew he was lying. There was extensive back and forth and wasting of my time by this guy spewing nonsense I didn’t hear at 3 other dealers I spoke to (shoutout to BMW Bellevue, Mercedes Lynwood, and Rairdon's of Kirkland for not wasting my time). He kept trying to intimidate me but I’ve bought enough cars before that I’ve encountered every bs tactic out there and let me tell you this dealership is truly despicable. The conversations went like this: me: this is standard procedure for buying a used car. him: WHO SAYS THIS IS STANDARD, WHERE DO YOU HEAR THIS STUFF?. me: just let me get a mechanic to take a look, I can even bring them here. him: THIS ISN’T NORMAL, NO ONE DOES THIS. And on and on. I also called my mechanic and told them these guys were being shady, which REALLY offended Mr. Estrada and he kept bringing that up well after the conversation was over. For example, me: just let me know when I can take it, Him: OMG YOU CALLED US SHADY I’M SO OFFENDED. Again, just unbelievably unprofessional. Just let me give you my money and stop the bs, I don’t like wasting time. Then it was hilarious when he went to speak to his manager who sat right behind him. The manager seemed to be on the same wavelength as Mr. Estrada and was also upset that I wanted to take it to a mechanic. He asked for their name, which I obliged, and then the manager mocked me by repeating the name in a high pitched confused tone. Again, typical intimidation/bully tactics that don’t bother me at this point, but if you’re not experienced you might not realize what they’re doing. I decided to simply leave and buy a different car due to the ridiculous unprofessionalism displayed by both Mr. Estrada and his manager. When I spoke to my mechanic they laughed and said they had other customers mention similar experiences specifically from Audi of Bellevue, and that they inspect their cars all the time. I’ve been to dozens of dealerships in my life and have bought many cars. This place takes the cake on being the slimiest with stupid intimidation tactics and trying to belittle you. I will be sharing my detailed experience with my workplace and as many people as possible to deter them from going to this dealership. More

Arrived for an express oil change at 11am. Booked the time slot from the Audi dealership site. The Audi Bellevue website never discusses prices, but while I was getting checked in I was told it would be between $200-$250 which seemed steep, but its an Audi Dealership, so I expected a higher cost. Waited almost 2 hours while the work was being performed and I get the car back. Total bill after 20% coupon...$198. I scan the paperwork and see that the multipoint inspection was great and leave it at that. Pay, walk out, and drive away. Get home and realize they added a service I was never informed of, offered, or told about. A wonderful oil additive service for $52. Only $22 for the can of additive and $30 for a skilled technician to pour it in. Nice quiet dealer profit maker. Not excited about this kind of dealership service. It's no wonder people dislike going to dealerships for service. Time to find an honest independent shop. More

Michael provided excellent service with explanation and in resolving a problems using his background and providing interactive discussion including technical details. Service commitments were executed even in resolving a problems using his background and providing interactive discussion including technical details. Service commitments were executed even better than the plan. Michael and the support team were successful in diagnosing a windshield water leak and included advice on alignment and both problems have been resolved. More
