TL;DR: If you are looking to buy an Audi in the Seattle area go to another dealership! The sales people and service center are horrendous! On July 8th I visited Audi Bellevue with the intention to purch area go to another dealership! The sales people and service center are horrendous! On July 8th I visited Audi Bellevue with the intention to purchase a brand new 2023 Q4 e-tron. When I initially arrive since I didn't have an appointment I had to write my name on a list (I was only the second name) and someone would help me shortly. After 1.5hrs of sitting in the lounge, wandering the dealership, and checking on the status I finally asked someone new for help and made it clear my intention to buy. All the sudden I had a salesperson. I went through the standard car buying process and once the transaction was complete I was told there was something wrong with my brand new car, but it's a simple fix, I can drive the car home and I just need to bring the car in Monday and it will be fixed that day and they will give me a loaner. Not what you want to hear, but ok. Monday comes around and I bring the car in at 9AM. I find my salesperson and he talked to the service center and they took the car, but they are sorry there is no loaner and they will Lyft me back to Seattle. It's now 4PM and I haven't heard anything. I reach out to get the status. Bad news they don't have the part and it's going to take a couple days, so the car won't be ready until Thursday. That's pretty different than what I was told on Saturday. Yes, but they have a loaner now if I come back. I go to the dealership and I say why I'm there and am told to wait in the lounge while they get my salesperson. 45min go by and I've texted and called my salesperson with no answer. am fed up and ask someone to talk to a manager. He comes out and says sorry the loaner is right here. I asked what is actually wrong with my car since this isn't a simple fix. Turns out it's a faulty coolant pump....which is not something you want to be driving around. Fast forward to Thursday July 13, it's 3PM and I haven't heard anything since I left the dealer on Monday. I tried reaching out to my salesperson and he was unreachable per usual. Eventually after calling the dealer multiple times a salesperson helped check and said the part arrived today and my car is scheduled to be fixed tomorrow. I said thanks for the update. It's Friday and again my salesperson is unreachable and this time the dealership is screening my calls as well. Eventually I hear from my salesperson only to tell me the car won't be ready today, but will be tomorrow. It's Saturday afternoon and I get a call from my salesperson. Turns out they ordered the wrong part and it is going to take a few more days. Then I get another call later. They are concerned about me giving a bad review because their bonus is on the line because they got other bad reviews. They didn't offer me anything just a "will you pity us". Makes me question how many of these reviews on here are actually real. Finally on Thursday July 20th, 12 days after the initial transaction, my car was fixed and I was able to pick it up. When I was picking it up they asked again for me to give a positive review despite my experience and offered me an Audi hat or shirt to apologize. LMAO. Needless to say this dealer has no accountability. The salespeople are horrible communicators and the sales managers don't care about anything. To top it off the service department is incompetent. There is nothing good about this dealership. Save yourself a lot of headache and go somewhere else. More

I give 5 stars all around to Daunte H. , Chris E., Nick T. and Diana B. very pleasant and willing to make my Audi experience a positive one especially after a situation arose while my new f , Chris E., Nick T. and Diana B. very pleasant and willing to make my Audi experience a positive one especially after a situation arose while my new factory ordered RSQ8 was still on the lot. My team at Audi of Bellevue worked very hard to right a negative situation even after the person I had been working with seemed to be abruptly taken off my case. I have been a loyal Audi customer since 2010 and this is my 3rd Audi purchased from Audi of Bellevue. Audi of Bellevue has been very good to me through all these years. Although I give 5 stars to staff at the dealership for their professionalism, knowledge of the product, enthusiasm, and willingness to help right a wrong, I feel things have changed now that the dealership is governed by a corporation such as Auto Nation which may or may not consider the customer in the overall picture. After all, without customers (clients) there would be no company. More
I was absolutely delighted with my experience, which began several weeks before I purchased the vehicle. The salesperson was helpful in answering questions and patiently guided me through my choices. Sales people are the least pushy. They are problem solvers and are genuinely curious about the customer need. My most recent interaction with Audi was great. Antony is one of the best car sales reps I worked with. Test drove multiple cars, he knows the details on performance and specs. No haggling in finance. It was a good experience and my second car from Audi bellevue. More
