Too make a long story short, the repair didn't go completely as expected, but at the end Rob Waggoner stepped in and really took care of me. The Ellis's spend a lot of time talking about family and now I know what they mean. I could not be happier about the way the situation was handled. I certainly would have no problem recommending Audi Atlanta to any of my friends. More

Excellent service all around! I also wanted to give kudos to the department for assistance over the weekend - ahead of my appointment. True to their word, I came by, and Joey Davis, my service associate, immediately took my car and topped off the oil. And to my delight, the service was offered complimentary. More
