Die hard BMW Woman goes over to Audi I have purchased BMW's for 20 yrs. and needed 2 new vehicles. With elderly parents now, I needed an SUV that was roomy, easy to get in for them, good I have purchased BMW's for 20 yrs. and needed 2 new vehicles. With elderly parents now, I needed an SUV that was roomy, easy to get in for them, good cargo space (walkers, etc.), and good looking since I will also be driving it. My intention was to trade one of my cars for the Q5, and then go over to BMW for my new sedan. As it turned out, I saw the Audi 6 drive by and it really caught my eye! I was not however impressed by how it drove, but when I went to the A7 it was a much better experience in performance and overall feeling - more like a luxury car that I was use to. I felt I had to have some firm negotiations as I turned in 2 immaculate cars w/ very low mileage. When the sales manager Charlie Schieren made his final offer I felt it was fair and I had made new friends. My sales representative Ron Klahr was very congenial the whole time - never pushy! I had never driven Audi before and I must tell you I have always been so well treated @ BMW. I am still a bit surprised it went down this way, but I truly believe I made a good decision on both vehicles. I hope this dealership delivers on their claims when it comes to service as I will remain a customer for the future. More
Excellent customer service I bought an Audi in 2012 when I lived in PA. When we moved to Hendersonville I started bringing it to Harmony Motors. I was not looking to buy a new I bought an Audi in 2012 when I lived in PA. When we moved to Hendersonville I started bringing it to Harmony Motors. I was not looking to buy a new car, but was intrigued by the offer I got in the mail from Harmony It was better than the deal i got on my first Audi. I ended up trading for a 2016 Audi. Every interaction I have had with them in the these 4 years I have lived in NC has been excellent. The have been very professional and courteous. I have no suggestions on what they could do to be better. More

Excellent Experience We were traveling with our 18 month old and two dogs when our car began to have issues. Luckily we were close to Asheville when the issues began. The service crew got us in and diagnosed the issue quickly. The part was overnighted and we were back on the road the next day. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us.
