Inexperienced service technician I had my wife take our Q5 in for service because the "service due" light was on. And also we needed a recall performed. So even after scheduling or s I had my wife take our Q5 in for service because the "service due" light was on. And also we needed a recall performed. So even after scheduling or service to be performed, the technician advised my wife that we did not need service done. The issue was we only had 25,000 miles and the service needed to be 30,000 miles or two years since last service whichever comes first. The whichever comes first was overlooked. More
