The employees that work in the service department are professional. But the car sales people are not trustworthy. From May 12th till now (August 2nd) we've been going back & forth with Peter Mulligan abo professional. But the car sales people are not trustworthy. From May 12th till now (August 2nd) we've been going back & forth with Peter Mulligan about $50.00 he owes us for a license plate specialty tag reimbursement he promised us for a mistake the salesman (Daniel Saponaro) made for a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan we purchased from your dealership on March 29th 2023. It appears he's giving us the run-around. As of this date we have not received the $50.00. More
Brought my beetle in February or January for the 50,000 mile check up and to fix my passenger side light, which was going on and off. This is my daytime headlight. Was told it worked fine. I bring it in July for the light and to change out my transmission fluid. Turns out I need wiper blades and 2 new front tires and the light fixed. I pick up my car, they bring it around and the light doesn't work. I was very clear about how displeased I am and it turns out they fixed a different light. I notice my bumper is sticking out slightly. The mechanic says we didn't touch your bumper, and proceeds to push it back in. I leave very unhappy and then return on Saturday to discuss the situation as my bumper clip is now broken, and there are indents around my headlight, looks like from a screwdriver. I am told I will hear from Goodwin, Service Manager on Monday. It has been 2 weeks and no response from anyone. Then my tire indicator light goes on. My 2 new front tires have been inflated to 39 pounds when they should only be inflated to 32 pounds. If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did they damage my car, but no one wants to reach out to me. The customer service is horrible. More

Your service department overcharges and makes up unnecessary repairs. Your service advisor Steve up charges for work and has an issue when questioned concerning the quote for repairs. I’m glad I stood my ground with him otherwise I would have paid a very high cost for repairs rather then paying to replace one part.
