I had to bring my car back to have the second key programmed. at that time, i also had an issue with the keyless entry feature to the first key fixed. Everything went fine. Work very good and people very nice. Didn't like that I left car on Wednesday AM with an appointment and didn't get a diagnosis regarding a/c fan problem until Friday. Part in stock but repairs not completed until Tuesday (Monday a holiday). Extremely busy but should have postponed appointment rather than leave me in a rental car. Also, guess I'm old fashioned but they should have been able to diagnose problem with a quick listen, not the $170 diagnostic charge. In fairness, that did include checking out a seat belt signal but $170???? More
Just this experience. Car service problem was not diagnosed correctly. I was told I needed a $1300 module when it was completely not needed. Customer service is rude on the sales floor, but service center is great. I felt rushed into something. I don’t feel like I’m appreciated by this dealer, it’s all about the money. prices feel overpriced. I center is great. I felt rushed into something.
