My car wouldn't start on Wednesday 9/27. I had it towed to you. On Friday you called and said I needed a new starter motor. It would take until the middle of the following week to get it. On Thursday 10/5 you called and said the part is in Kentucky and would be sent overnight. On Tuesday and again on Wednesday 10/10 and 10/11, I phoned and was told the part was not yet here. I called a local mechanic who picked up that car that day. The next day the car was ready with a Mopar starter installed. The bill was 40% less than you quoted. Your service was terrible. I did not have a good first experience. They were not equipped to diagnose nor could they fix my issue. My car was there for 2 days before I was told I needed to take it to another dealers They were not equipped to diagnose nor could they fix my issue. My car was there for 2 days before I was told I needed to take it to another dealership. Additionally, I noticed damage to the bumper around my VW emblem that was not there prior to my appointment. I have yet to receive a response on how that issue is going to be rectified. I will not be back. More

Needed 20k service for my Jetta, got an appointment for the week after I called. Service staff friendly, but that waiting area needs some serious work- the furniture and countertops make you feel like you’ the week after I called.
