I had a very pleasant experience buying my slightly used Forester at Atlantic Subaru. Devon was my first contact followed by Danielle. Both were very professional and supportive. The service department was super busy and I waited a very long time.I had ann appointment. After 2 hrs when I checked progress, they hadn’t even begun. No one let me know. I can only compare this dealership to Mastria. This dealership knocks it out of the park by comparison. That said, Mastria set a very low bar. 1 st scheduled service. Completed quickly with no issues. Car was cleaned and washed and next service was scheduled for 10,000 miles. Staff was helpful and courteous. Terrible. I waited almost a month to get the check for my trade in - they told me it was "in the mail" - I drove down and had to request in person. I cancelled the "tire/wheel" insurance plan on March 9th - confirmed with the insurance co that check was sent to dealer, confirmed with Robert the finance manager that Atlantic received the check - they still haven't sent to me and Robert has not returned repeated calls - for a couple of hundred dollars, they have lost me as a customer and I will tell everyone I know of my bad experience - there are plenty of dealerships - GO ELSEWHERE.
