Unfortunately this service appointment did not start well. I called and made an appointment to have a damaged tire replaced. I was told one was in stock and I could come in the next day. I dropped off t well. I called and made an appointment to have a damaged tire replaced. I was told one was in stock and I could come in the next day. I dropped off the car and after waiting half an hour, I was told that they sold that tire to someone else that morning and that I could come back the next day. I left work an hour early to make the appointment. Doesn’t your service department put a hold on parts they know are needed when they set up an appointment? VERY disappointed! More
