I visited this dealership a little while back looking for a vehicle I spotted online. When I arived I dealt with a gentleman who was very friendly at first. I cant remember his name though, but half way th a vehicle I spotted online. When I arived I dealt with a gentleman who was very friendly at first. I cant remember his name though, but half way through me looking at the vehicle I was handed over to Mr. Ralph Larkin. He was friendly at the time. Part of the final agreement was that they would order me a replacement center arm rest/console because the one in the vehicle had a major crack. He said since I lived so far away that I could either come back and have the part replaced when I was in the area next or that they could ship the part to me and have it put in myself. I agreed to have it shipped to my home. After aprox 2 weeks it still hadnt shown up, i called a few times after that looking for Ralph but he was either out for the day or to busy to take my call. The day I finally got in touch with him he asked me "well why did you wait so long to call about this? Im going to have to talk to my boss and call you back..." he never called........ More
