I was referred to this dealer by a friend. I was expecting the sales team to possibly throw in a few perks- Since I was referred by someone who recently purchased a vehicle there, and came there bec expecting the sales team to possibly throw in a few perks- Since I was referred by someone who recently purchased a vehicle there, and came there because I was unhappy with the Audi experience I had in lynbrook ny. However my entire buying experience came up unprofessional. I came on a saturday and was ready to lease right then and there. I traded in a vehicle from another company and this was my first Audi. I decided on 2014 Q5. I was told that all the paperwork would be done for me later that day and I could come by the next day- sunday and pick up the car. When i arrived Sunday- not only did I have to wait for some of the paperwork to be finished- but the car wasnt ready and the "manager" (cant remember his name)- was unable to explain what I was signing and why. This left me frustrated bc i wanted to understand what each thing i was signing meant since I was making such a large purchase in my eyes.....instead i was told "just sign it you have to". So after the paperwork saga was finished- we walk out to the car and as i am being shown the ins and outs of the car- i notice that the odometer reading is 200miles more than the statement that I signed inside. I'm sorry but how do you mess that up for a new car? Thankfully I noticed it and brought it to their attention right away. I was told they would need to re-do the odometer statement and contract and fedex both to me overnight the next day and I could send it back. To me, overnight means the next day. But to this sales rep it meant one week. It took one week to receive the corrected documentation after multiple texts and emails that he decided to stop responding to. I also asked him to check my trade in car for cd's i realized i left in the disc changer. He said he would send them in the fed ex. When the fed ex came- the cd's were not in there- i was annoyed but what did i expect? It gets better- then they go to put the plates on my new car from my old car and I notice that my car doesn't have the flush bracket that the other Q5's have on the front grill. The sales rep overlooked it and was going to drill directly into the frame of the car!! I stopped him and told him he needs to order the correct bracket part and then put it on. I was told "ok but we have no way of knowing how long the part will take to come in". Annoyed i didn't care anymore and left the front plate off until this part came in. I figured they would call me when it came in. Nope. I called/emailed/texted the sales rep everyday for 2 weeks (with no response) to find out the status of the part and when i could come to have it put on (since my time is limited and I live in the city). One lucky day i got another manager on the phone who said "oh yeah the part is here." Really?? Was anyone going to call me? Or did i need to do there job for them and call everyday to check on the status? Also- as soon as we left the dealer with the new car i pulled into my driveway- got out and walked around the back and noticed a surface scratch on the back door about 8inches long!! We didn't see it at the dealer bc it was backed into the shade. At this point i was so annoyed with my whole experience i decided to blow it off for now. 2 days later i called and spoke to the manager about it- who told me to take a picture of it and email it to him. I did. And i never heard anything back. I'm not surprised now bc they apparently have no customer service. I better not be charged for this scratch when i turn the car in. Needless to say this dealership is unprofessional and lacks customer service- i don't plan on referring anyone there or coming back for service. My audi experience was terrible and although i love the car- i regret buying it from them. I don't think i will buy another Audi ever again. More

After a test drive, Jonathan Jacobs brought me to a car that had the options I was looking for, in a color I wanted, and within my price target. No high-pressure upsale, no pushing specific inventory. Then the icing on the cake - he worked with me to have the keys in my hand that very evening! Handled the trade-in, insurance, everything. I went home with a new car within three hours after arriving at the dealer! More

After "spirited" discussions regarding the relative valu intent of purchasing a Certified 2011 S5 Cabriolet and trading-in our 2008 Audi Cabriolet. After "spirited" discussions regarding the relative values of both vehicles with Salesperson Felicia Marino and Sales Manager Eric Outcult, we leased a 2014 S5 Cabriolet and sold our 2008 to the dealership. Throughout our discusions, Felicia and Eric were totally professional and very insiteful, making thoughtful and logical suggestions. The handling of all matters were accomplished in a manner that should be expected in a luxury dealership. As a CPA, with over twenty years of experience in the automobile business, I am often asked my opinion of vehicles and dealerships by clients, associates, and friends.
