Misleading Online Advertising of Pre-Owned Cars via TrueCar Brought a Truecar quote in to purchase a preowned Audi. The only fee on the quote is $75 doc fee, nothing about financing. Jesse Eiermann refused to Brought a Truecar quote in to purchase a preowned Audi. The only fee on the quote is $75 doc fee, nothing about financing. Jesse Eiermann refused to honor the quote, claimed there’s an additional $695 admin fee and the quoted price applies only if you finance with them and their bank. There’s no financing fine print on the TrueCar quote. Don’t advertise a price you won’t honor. In the end, they said I would need to pay an additional $2000 on the quoted price if I don’t use their bank. Think about that...that means they’re making $1305 ($2000-$695) profit just through financing. Deceptive advertising. Buy your Audi somewhere else. More

Professional, efficient, courteous,took the extra step I had a blowout of the left front tire on Southern State Pkwy. I was very shaken up. When I called Atlantic Audi I was connected with the Service Mgr. I had a blowout of the left front tire on Southern State Pkwy. I was very shaken up.
