Terrible Customer Service When buying the car everything went great where the problems came in was with the service. It was agreed they would give me new tires, service the brakes, and an antenna. I wanted to do the tires and brakes the day of buying the car but they told me to wait until the antenna came in. They called saying the antenna was in almost a month later, and I said I could not make it for a few weeks. They responded with that is fine just call a few days in advance. I call the following month and they give me the run around. Saying that they called me multiple times.... The problem is I never received a phone call or a message. Frankie then says let me talk to my manager and I will call you back. Give him a few days and once again no phone call. I call him and he tells me ohhh I just talked to him today and we are not going to do the agreed upon service since its past 30 days from when you bought the car. Those 30 days were up when they called to say they had the antenna and told me a few more weeks would be fine. Needless to say after a few more weeks of them saying let me talk to this person or that person and we will give you a call. Not once did they give me call back and each time their stories changed on why they didn't and why they weren't going to do the agreed upon services. To sum it up I would not believe a word this place says or recommend anyone to do business with them. More

I schedule a test drive with Frankie I had explain to him that I was already approved by my credit union and he offered me to get me a better deal then what my credit union was able to offer. I am not sure how he did it but he got me a great deal.Very pleased with my deal I will buy my next car from him. More
Amazing buying experience We just bought a 2012 KIA Optima Hybrid last Dec.5, Kyle was very nice friendly and very professional.He showed us some other Cars that we might liked We just bought a 2012 KIA Optima Hybrid last Dec.5, Kyle was very nice friendly and very professional.He showed us some other Cars that we might liked to, but we end up liking the Kia Optima Hybrid.The processing didn't took long but since we came late already, we were able to finish the deal, paper works late, and so, the car was not detailed as they promised but told us to come back anytime for them to Detail the car. All in all, the buying experience is great, no hassle,the place was nice, and the agent ( Kyle) did a wonderful job of taking care what we need.He even took us to the gas station to fill up the gas. I would certainly recommend ATLANTA USED CARS INC. to my friends if they decide to buy a used car. Again Thank you very much Kyle, as I said, you did a great job. :-) More

Very fast & friendly. Raul was amazing and very easy to work with while purchasing my vehicle. I came in to test drive three days prior to purchase, and when I returned the Raul was amazing and very easy to work with while purchasing my vehicle. I came in to test drive three days prior to purchase, and when I returned the second time, he remembered who I was and what car I was interested in. Even without the best credit and slight blemishes on my credit history, they were able to work with my finances to make this afford and capable. Thank you! More

Had the car but not the deal. I was looking at a car at this dealership. It had exactly what I was looking for at a good price. When I called about the off the lot price, a dealer I was looking at a car at this dealership. It had exactly what I was looking for at a good price. When I called about the off the lot price, a dealer fee was added. When I spoke to Frankie who refuses to remove the dealer fee he said that it was legal. Which is isn't. OCP policy does not allow a dealer fee to be randomly added. It must be in the advertised price. Only thing that can be excluded is government fees. Ended up adding 2k extra. I would have loved to work with them but I don't do sketchy practices. Don't get hit with a $699 fee. Research and know the law. More
EXCEEDED Expectations I recently purchased a used Mercedes from this dealership. This is my second Mercedes, so I didn't need to be sold on the merits of the vehicle. How I recently purchased a used Mercedes from this dealership. This is my second Mercedes, so I didn't need to be sold on the merits of the vehicle. However, Frankie exceeded my expectations by replacing the windshield prior to delivery. Honestly, I didn't even notice the small chip in the windshield because the overall condition of the car was so pristine. So naturally I didn't even ask for the replacement. I paid cash for the car, and thought the deal was done "as is". To my suprise, he replaced the windshield, and the wiper blades with original Mercedes equipement. I plan to use him again for all future car purchases. More
