I was in the market to buy a car and I saw a car, on the internet, that was for sale located a CARS LILBURN have never been so easy and hassle free. I went to the website and chatted with a Online Rep from ATLANTA USED CARS and within a few hours PATRICK, the salesman, was calling me back to give me information about the car. Behold, the next day I had started faxing PATRICK everything he needed so I could get the loan to purchase the car. When I went to ATLANTA USED CARS LILBURN saturday to see, test drive and pickup the car.......THE PROCESSING OF SALE WAS EXCELLENT!!!! I have purchased and paid off 6 cars in my lifetime but THIS IS THE FIRST WHERE THE SALES PERSON WAS HASSLE FREE, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, SMOOTH TRANSITION OF THE SALE and I HAVE A GREAT CAR. THANKS TO ATLANTA USED CARS LILBURN!!!!.........and... When this car is paid off........I WILL BE GOING BACK TO PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR. My opinion, these people did a excellent job and if your in the market to buy a car, checkout this dealership first. They have alot of New and Used Cars to choose from with reasonable prices and they have a CAR DETAIL SHOP nextdoor so your car will be cleaned and in EXCELLENT CONDITION when or if you purchase a car from this dealership. Dishonest, they will tell you Dishonest, they will tell you anything over the to bring you in then they will try to rip you off, Car pictures on the web site are taken in a way to hide the car defects, I you anything over the to bring you in then they will try to rip you off, Car pictures on the web site are taken in a way to hide the car defects, I found a 2001 Jaguar I called them and I was told that they can trade my Cadillac in, I send them my VIN # and the dealer service record, after a few hours they called and said it will be even trade, I said to get the car ready for Saturday because I live 250 miles away, I left the house 4:00 am, was in the dealer @ 9:30 am as I promised, the front seats and the arm rest for the Jaguar was all cracked, the air condition panel loos, the pictures on the site shows the seats like new. I gave them the title for my car and the service records form the dealer, after an hour waiting in the office, the sales man came with a sheet and said that I need to pay $4400+ my car for the Jaguar, I asked how did that Happen, he said that Kelly blue book trade in for my car and the retail for the Jag, I said fine but this information was available to you when you quoted me over the phone and I have it in writing in your email to me, why did you let me drive more than 500 Miles so you can tell me that, he said because you drove that much will make it $2000, I just took my car and left, Dishonest More
