What an awesome car lot. I recently bought a car there. when I purchased the car I was informed by the finance manager, George, that used cars are sold "as is". He then stated that they still stand behind any vehicle they sell for a reasonable time, regardless. Shortly after purchase my engine light came on. I informed the car lot and they told me to bring it in, they would "take care of it". I brought it in a couple different times. They couldn't figure out the problem. Eventually told me to take it to the dealership. Mine you,,,, this is a Mercedes. Everyone knows, Mercedes + dealership = money... I went to the dealership and was told I needed camshaft replacement. Obviously several thousands of dollars worth of work.. I spoke with George and was blown away that these people were standing by they're word and covering the cost of the repair. It is rare for a business to show such professionalism and integrity. I feel nothing but the need to express gratitude. Thank you guys for taking care of me. When the time comes for me to buy another vehicle, I will definitely be back. In the meantime I will refer everyone I can.. More
Great about getting you to buy it. But not upfront and honest. We found out we bought a one owner, no accident Avis rental vehicle. They price cars as if they are in good condition and get the paint looking good, but if you take a deeper look, they are garbage and will inevitably have MAJOR issues. I was ready to buy the 2017 grey M3 that they had in stock, was told that it was checked out by their "mechanic" and all-good. All the deal figure were worked out and I told them I'd be arriving from New York. I double-checked that it was in driveable condition to drive back to New York. They said, yes, no problem. And what do you know.... During pre-purchase inspection, the following issues were discovered: - severe water damage to leather trim (unrepairable, re-upholstery would cost $500-1000) - missing underbody cladding - bent front right control arm - repainted front and rear bumper (garbage job too, complete with clearcoat overspray) - bent rim - three different brands of tires, with basically no tread remaining (would not pass inspection), and one of them had a crack in the sidewall. PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOU THINK THAT SOMEONE CAN DRIVE 800+ MILES ON THIS TIRE??? - battery needs to be replaced ($2000 part) - ECU codes were cleared prior to my arrival, big red flag. If I had been stupid enough to buy the car, most likely what would happen is, after driving for 10-15 miles, the CEL would likely come up due to not passing the ECU emissions module If those are "OK" and "all good", I can't imagine what their other cars are like. I'd stay far away. Don't waste your time or money here. This dealership is only for the stupid or desperate, that is the only way I can see how they make money - by ripping off people for garbage cars. More

Flawed Vehicles and Deceptive Salesmen! What seemed fast and effortless, was robbed and scammed. • Broken Sunroof • Deceptive Warranty Sale • Negotiated price not honored The vehicle I purchased sun and effortless, was robbed and scammed. • Broken Sunroof • Deceptive Warranty Sale • Negotiated price not honored The vehicle I purchased sunroof broke on the first time I opened it. I found out that the warranty they sold me was not the warranty they promised. Sunroof would not have fixed, even at the level promised. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the contract. Atlanta Used Cars, made no attempt to fix the issue. During the Sale, I was able to get the sales rep to drop the price. It wasn’t much but it made me feel good. The Finance Manager pushed the contract so fast I only had time to read the paperwork at home. Beware, do not let your guard down. These Sales Reps have no idea what type of good hard working people they are ripping off. The sacrifices my family will have to make to come up with to come up with the additional cost of 3,200.00, will be tough and unnecessary. My advice, don’t trust them. Stay away from this lot and find the vehicle at a trust worthy dealership. Michael Heathfield More

They sold me a car whose engine blew up 2 days after buying the car and offered absolutely no help in paying my $17,000 BMW repair bill. I accept responsibility for my naivety, so this review is meant to expose different tactics employed by this dealership that you NEED to look out for. Hopefully this post will help someone else avoid the situation I’m in. I’m 19, I saved my money throughout highschool and college to purchase my dream car. When I found it at this dealership I drove from Florida to purchase the car. I worked with a salesman named Stanley Lalani. DO NOT TRUST STANLEY. My first mistake was believing that he actually had a buyer lined up for the car in California. He told me that if I didn’t buy the car today it was going to cali. This made me refrain from getting a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) done on the car and taking time to think about the purchase. GET A PPI DONE. Stanley did not tell me any information about the car that I did not solicit myself. ASK FOR THE CARFAX. They posted a AutoCheck report on the listing online that did not report that the vehicle had an accident. Stanley did not tell me that the vehicle had an accident. TAKE A LONG TEST DRIVE. Stanley let me drive the car(cold) for half a mile and then had me turn around and come back to the dealership. DO NOT BUY THE SUPPLEMENTAL WARRANTY. Stanley offered me a supplemental warranty from a company called Gold Standard. Read the reviews for this company on BBB, they will do anything to avoid honoring your warranty. Last but not least, DO NOT TRUST STANLEY. He looked me in the eyes and said “I do not sell bad cars”, But when it came down to it Stanley sold me a very bad car and wasn’t willing to do anything at all to help me out. Purchasing this car had been a moment I had been dreaming about for years. It should have been a beautiful moment, but Stanely and Atlanta Used Car Sales ruined it. More
