7 grand You have got to be kidding me. 7 grand worth of undisclosed charges. Hustled me through the signing and slipped it right on by. 3500 dollar extended You have got to be kidding me. 7 grand worth of undisclosed charges. Hustled me through the signing and slipped it right on by. 3500 dollar extended maintenance package. 2300 dollars that wasnt credited to me and rolled into the new loan. Wouldn't let me use the finance company I wanted. A frigging 735 dollar oil change package. (2 oil changes, 2 tire rotations) $699 Gap insurance that I already had for free.599 dollar dealer charge. What is that? Told 1 yr of sxm for free like before. The vehical isn't even satellite ready. And last and certainly not the least, I was told my payment would go up 100 dollars when in fact it went up 330 dollars. No help or interest from dealership. They wont return RAM Corp calls. And the finance company has a motion to stop doing business with them. Not sure of the BBB action yet. Absolutely pathetic. Basically have been told by the dealership too bad so sad. Well, we will see. Right now with all the negative that I have done I figure they are at about 35 cents of the 7 grand. Haven't even started on the 21000 dollars of extra on the payments. More

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I Purchased a 2015 Jeep on 10/31/18 via the internet from Dennis and Mike and I had it delivered several states away. I TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I Purchased a 2015 Jeep on 10/31/18 via the internet from Dennis and Mike and I had it delivered several states away. I negotiated a discount of $1500. However, they charged me on the back end "dealer fee of $599!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!! It came with tubular doors, I asked BOTH of them several times via text and phone to wrap the doors, they put two in a box and two outside one on top of the box and other on bottom. The top door SCRATCHED the sidewall and PAINT OFF in a big section and DENTED the tailgate!!! I was told by both there was nothing wrong with the jeep. However, when it arrived both front door corners were damaged; one rusting and the other dented with paint missing. I tried for several weeks to get this resolved and even called their sales manager and had to leave a message!!! NOTHING WAS DONE THEY KEPT PUTTING ME OFF!!! The person I need to talk to is gone for the day, I will talk to them today, tomorrow ETC ETC ETC!!!!! It's going to COST OVER $1600 TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE!!!!! NO INTEGRITY; ONLY WANTED THEIR COMMISION!!!! More
