We were looking for a good used car to replace my wife's car that was recently totaled. We found this car online and was a little apprehensive about driving 4 hours to look at it, as my wife is VERY allergic to funky smells, perfumes, smoke, etc. and it is extremely hard to find a used car car that doesn't have at least one of those. Chris was nice enough to do the "sniff test" for us and assured us that it was funk free and even had a couple other people check it out, and sure enough, it was. The car is 6 years old (even though it looks new) and the price was less than half the original price, but they treated us as if we were buying a brand new car. I'm not so sure they would want me to say this, but we got caught in Atlanta traffic and got there 30 minutes before closing and at least three of the guys stayed over 30-45 minutes to help take care of us. All in all, it was a very positive experience and we never felt pressured even though they stayed late for us. Thanks again guys - Tracy and Sherri Pettitt More

Stay FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY!!! If I could give this establishment negative stars I definitely would. I can only speak for the service department which is beyond horrible. I've been trying to get a recalled part replaced for the last eight months and eventually gave up and went to a dealership 50 miles away. The first technician said it would be a couple months because they have the part back ordered. So I call back in 2 months and speak to someone named Bill who said he was with a customer and would return my call, he didn't. I call back a week later to inquire about to part and I speak with Bill again. He said the parts are custom ordered according to my VIN number and he would have to order it and it would take two months to arrive. Not sure why the first guy I spoke with didn't tell me this. I call back again in two months and speak to a different guy who is checking the notes on my account and said that nothing has been ordered. At this point, I just totally gave up on this place. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Before that issue, I actually got a diagnostic test to see if I needed a tune-up. Bill came back with a laundry list of random problems totaling around 12K. I laughed and took it to Tires Plus who said everything looked mostly good who recommended around $250 worth of maintenance. This place will hustle and scam you to get every nickel you have. Plus their laziness and incompetence knows no bounds. Do yourself a HUGE favor and avoid this dealership at all cost! More
