I had a window get stuck half-way down & after contacting the service department and they got me in within the week. The part needed for repair was discontinued from Nissan but they found an aftermarket repl the service department and they got me in within the week. The service tech did a great job installing the part, finishing as they were closing. I paid the bill minutes after closing. When I got home & reviewed the bill, I noticed the part was much more expensive than expected. I went back a few days later & spoke to Aaron McNeill about the part expense. I explained my only concern was the part expense & after review Aaron gave me a large portion of the part expense back. Overall, I was very pleased with my service experience. More

Trying to get service done is a nightmare. Spoke directly with service manager to finally make an appointment, service department not aware of the appointment.
