Bought a new SUV loved it thank you Caleb for sticking with my family to get the best deal possibe. Thank you to Tyler and Kirt for a smoother transition working with the banks to align the right deal and the patience to figure out systems to complete the deal. Just a word of thanks to Jack and the service team. The past two years my wife has had to endure two hours a day traveling to work in a car with no heat through the winters but not anymore. We know there was a little problem getting parts but that’s becoming a problem everywhere. We appreciate the communication and keeping us updated while being repaired and can honestly say y’all have been far better than other dealerships we’ve had to deal with in the past. they did not pressure me to buy mytruck,I've done a couple of test drives shopped around another dealerships. came back to Asheboro Nissan bought me a new truck love it love the dealership.the most honest dealership I've ever been to
It is nice to know I never have to shop dealers. Exceeded all expectations. An easy and enjoyable experience from the sales team to the super efficient finance offc. In and out lickety split and over the moon with my new Frontier.
Recently bought a Nissan Rogue. My salesman, Kirk Lewis, was energetic as well as honest and encouraging. First car I have ever bought and they were most considerate and didn't rush me in the process. It's a newer model than I'm used to, but I'm sure the car and I will "learn together". Thanks to Kirk for all the laughs.
I had a window get stuck half-way down & after contacting the service department and they got me in within the week. The part needed for repair was discontinued from Nissan but they found an aftermarket replacement & got it late the same day. The service tech did a great job installing the part, finishing as they were closing. I paid the bill minutes after closing. When I got home & reviewed the bill, I noticed the part was much more expensive than expected. I went back a few days later & spoke to Aaron McNeill about the part expense. I explained my only concern was the part expense & after review Aaron gave me a large portion of the part expense back. Overall, I was very pleased with my service experience.
