They give you a cash price on a vehicle tell you the amount you need to bring them then when you take them the check for the amount they circled on the paper and drive the car home they call the next da amount you need to bring them then when you take them the check for the amount they circled on the paper and drive the car home they call the next day saying they made a mistake and you need to pay another $864 or return the car that you already have paperwork on that says all terms are met. I already have temp tags and registration and a copy of the application for title and all the paperwork. Poor customer service. More
Dealer spent two weeks dragging me around on a bronco saying they couldn't sell it till the it had all these accesories on it. Had me come in twice for no reason, gave me a price and then spent the tw saying they couldn't sell it till the it had all these accesories on it. Had me come in twice for no reason, gave me a price and then spent the two weeks trying to jack the price up on me.. tried to get me to sign preliminary paperwork and then jack the price up on me.... it went up by 1k to an 11k mark up which I agreed to... well after another week it turned into another 5k plus. These people are liars and crooks.. (just read the bad reviews bc they are spot on).. who like to play with words like misinderstanding while they treat you like xxxx as a customer, lie to your face for greed, and will tell you lie after lie to string you along to raise prices in the current market .. especially on a bronco. They will make promises and then backtrack with excuses as to why they need to screw you over more than they already are. Worst dealership and business I've ever done with a car lot. The service people will try to curse you and fight you if you take your car in for service and they think you might be wanting to turn something in on warranty. This is my 3rd dealing with this garbage dealership and it will be my last. I implore you to buy your fotd anywhere else for your own sake. More
We needed a vehicle to pull a 15' trailer that was loaded with manufacturing machinery. We learned the Ford Transit was not the vehicle we should have. And, with Covid, lots were bare. So the sales dept. went to the auction and found a used pick-up truck that would do the job. They called us several times, but we thought they were robo calls and didn't answer. So finally we answered just to hang up. But we learned in that call that they had a vehicle to show us. We raced over there and they had it parked in the back where no one could see it. We bought that truck that day. Now what I didn't like was we received no service records. It had been owned by 6 people in 5 years. The first two were leases. And no one really introduced themselves. People would walk in and out of the office where we were sitting and start talking to us and we were clueless about who they were. But, it all worked out in the end. The photos and titles of the employees do not match the website. They need to fix that. They need to have a back-up person to answer the phone. They have little issues, but it's in the details. And one big detail we truly appreciated was that they knew they had a customer and they went overboard to make us a paying customer and a happy one. This was my second time purchasing at Asheboro Ford. We were just blown away at how helpful they were. I call that great customer service. More
Take your Business elsewhere Worst customer service I have ever received/ We bought a used Ford. When we got there to test drive the sales man Lawrence had the vehicle already started ( Yes our bad that's a big red flag). We test dive the truck everything was great. We bought the truck everything was great. After we bought the car we got into the car to leave. At this time the dealership was closing and the sales man was driving off (BEFORE WE DROVE OFF THE LOT). We get in and realize the keys are not fully functional and the back door sensor is broken (you can turn it off by pressing "ok" as Lawrence did when we first pulled up and the car was on). He stopped as he saw we has and issue and he just said its fine. Well I call the service desk and they were extremely friendly (Monty was at least). Monty tells us to bring it by because he wants to make it right and make sure everything is good (mine you we live 45min away). So my brings it in 2 weeks later since we work full time. No one again is wearing a mask. They tell him that they are not going to fix it that that we are lying about not being told of the issue... Chris Prichet yells in my husbands face without a mask on claiming my husband must have gotten amnesia. I call to speak to the owner but he is never available so i get to talk to Mike Dua who ignored our complaints and speaks down to me and continues to call me a liar about it not being disclosed. When I tell him he is a liar and that his staff should be wearing masks he then tries to push his political views on me saying that masks are an overstep of the government and tell me since i am calling him a liar the conversation is over and he hung up.... He is a grown man! I don't understand why we can't be treated with respect and human decency and our concerns over safety cant be addressed nicely. It's so frustrating to call a place where you purchased a vehicle for 17+K and be treated this way. Take your business elsewhere! I cant believe they are even still in business with the way the treat their customers. Honestly, we would have been fine paying to fix it if everyone was just respectful we are not the ones making it a big deal we just wanted to know the problems and drive off the lot with confidence. Instead we left feeling like we didnt make a good purchase and that they wont fix anything. More
