Liars and terrible buying experience Don't buy from this dealership. I took my 15 Explorer Sport here several times for service so I recommended my wife to buy a used car for our son. Don't buy from this dealership. I took my 15 Explorer Sport here several times for service so I recommended my wife to buy a used car for our son. Immediately had major problems within 24 hours all of which the dealer refused to stand behind or assist with. It also took almost 60 days to get the title and licensed correctly. My son lives in SC and wife had to make numerous trips 3 hours over in SC to the DMV and my son went about 10 times. Took numerous calls to the dealership, e-mails, etc. My uncle was a general manager for a Ford Dealership for 30 years in Indiana so I know how this business is supposed to run. This one is terrible. I just purchased a new 53k SUV yesterday and guess what? I didn't go to Asheboro Ford. I went to Crescent in High Point and gave them my business. I'll drive 25 miles from now on too just because how we were treated. This Dealership is dishonest, liars, have several employees that don't have a clue what they're doing, and just overall bad. Buyers beware! Go to another Dealership or you'll get shafted! There are plenty around. Kenneth King. More

First it took over 2 hrs to do the paperwork, i was promised a hitch installed and that took over 3 weeks.The vehicle had no jack and as of today july 27 i have been informed i got to go to charlotte to get it.So counting going to get hitch installed now driving to charlotte i figure its cost me about 80 bucks in gas and 5 hrs away form my business to complete this deal.So if you buy there be sure dont take no promises on any thing that requires you have to go back.My advice if its not completely what you want right then shop elsewhere Roy Harris Norwood NC More

Bad service I had a 2010 Ford F 150 4x4 extended cab. I bought this truck new. Day 1 after signing I was going to pick up my truck. They called and said it had be I had a 2010 Ford F 150 4x4 extended cab. I bought this truck new. Day 1 after signing I was going to pick up my truck. They called and said it had been sold(my truck was coming from another dealer). However I was told it had certain items on it. Well it didn't have them such as a trailer brake. Ok fast forward to 2016. It rained one night and there was water all in my back seat. The third brake light leaked which is a common problem I found out. This was supposedly a warranty item but Ford told Asheboro Ford to clean the headliner and seats. They did but the headliner was ruined from day one. They had ordered a headliner first but Ford had said to clean. They sent the headliner back in the process. Since I had got angry about it Asheboro Ford said they will not serve my no longer. No I didn't threaten them in any way. So I traded my truck in with Terry Labonte Chevrolet. They gave me a great deal and recently had a warranty issue with the paint. They treated me with great concern. Even the salesman Caleb helped with the process. No arguments just a good service experience. I have owned several Ford's and probably the last because of Asheboro Ford and Ford motor company. Oh I bought a 2013 Silverado and they still gave me the warranty coverage without hassle. They stand behind the customer. More

Unfriendly Technician! Just received service for my Ford Mustang that had a recall dealing with the airbag inflator. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was also tol Just received service for my Ford Mustang that had a recall dealing with the airbag inflator. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was also told there was a recall on the throttle body which would be no problem to have fixed at the same time (my phone call was pleasant). Once I bring my car to have it serviced, the technician (Jason) was EXTREMELY rude and commented that my car's problems came from a bottle of soda and a bottle of lotion found under one of the seats. Never mind the RECALL that lead to my visit! He then proceeded to say that they normally charge for the services performed, but he wasn't going to charge this time. Once again, never mind the FREE RECALL SERVICE that I was previously told would be provided!! This dealership is the most convenient to my location, but will NEVER have my vehicle serviced here again! Extremely disappointing! More
