We told her the car w I honestly did not think that you could have such a great experience with a dealership. Erika's customer service was phenomenal. We told her the car we were interested in, and she brought the car up to the front so we could look at it and take it for a test drive. What amazed me was that she asked if she could take it down the street to a car wash before we did the test drive. To us the car did not look dirty at all, we could see that even the inside was perfectly detailed. But Erika insisted that she feels it was a little dusty, and that was definetely not the way they liked to present their cars. Throughout the whole car buying process, she was extremely patient with us despite the fact that she had other customers to take care of . With financing, Steve was amazing and we were able to get a very low APR, with monthly payments that are definetely within our budget. I can honestly say , this was the best car buying experience that we have EVER had. No other dealership has ever went beyond our expectations . Thank you all so much !! More

It has been a long time since we purchased from a dealer and I'm glad that we fou We found Arrowhead Autosport through a search for a Subaru Outback. It has been a long time since we purchased from a dealer and I'm glad that we found Arrowhead. Steve D. was a pleasure to work with. We ended up buying a 2005 Outback from Arrowhead and settled the transaction quickly and efficiently. There is no "I'll go talk to my manager" routine, you either like the price they advertise or move on. The vehicle was priced competitively with others we had looked at, and compared to the online valuation services it was a fair price. Post sale service has been great! We live quite a ways north of Parker, and unfortunately our Subaru had a minor issue by the time we got it home. There was no way that Arrowhead could have known that the Belt-tensioner was going to seize up, making the vehicle inoperable. But they took care of it and had it fixed. After it was fixed, Steve took time out of his day to deliver 1 hour north - Great Service. Based on our experience, Arrowhead will definitely be on the top of our list for our next car purchase - In fact it will be a phone call first to see what they have. I'm impressed! More

Laid Back No Pressure Environment This was my first experience with Arrowhead Autosport. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and the This was my first experience with Arrowhead Autosport. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer and being concerned as they are a smaller dealership. I live about 45 minutes away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there. They informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about Tim as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Tim went above and beyond working with a credit union for lower rates all the while the guy had a leg injury and was in and out for medical attention. Tim went above and beyond when I had questions about car info. Unbelievable....Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. More

We worked with Noori in sales and then Steven (one of the owners) stepped in to prepare our financing/paperwork. They were both extremely kind, professional, and transparent throughout the entire interaction. The office building was very clean and cozy too. The vehicle we bought made it home smoothly and appears to be mechanically sound, though admittedly I'm not a master mechanic and I've only driven it about 40 miles so far. Should any major issues arise within a reasonable timeframe, I feel confident that the wonderful staff at Arrowhead will work with us to get things taken care of. Hopefully we won't even have to worry about it. Thanks again guys. More
