Best experience My boyfriend had seen this dealerships inventory online. Saturday he stopped by to take a look at the availabilities in inventory they had. I have bee My boyfriend had seen this dealerships inventory online. Saturday he stopped by to take a look at the availabilities in inventory they had. I have been wanting a Jeep Wrangler, they had 2. My boyfriend nd I went back to take a look at the black on they had on site. I fell in love! John let us take it on a test drive and helped us out in an application to see if we'd get approved. By Monday we had an answer for our trade in application and got approved. Really enjoyed working with this dealership it was an amazing experience thank you John & Tim. Needed a car ASAP and lucky for me, I know a guy. I have been following John now for about 6 years and he has never let me down on a vehicle. I know that wherever he works and whatever he sells me is I have been following John now for about 6 years and he has never let me down on a vehicle. I know that wherever he works and whatever he sells me is trustworthy and reliable. My boyfriend's SUV broke down and we needed a replacement that morning. I text John and he said he would have something for me and like always, didn't let me down. My boyfriend was out the door in record time with a vehicle he loves and runs great. I buy a fair amount of cars and I always go to John whenever I need (want...) a new one. I know he has a lot of customers, but he remembers everything I have owned, even if he didn't sell it to me, and knows what I like. He is definitely NOT your quintessential car salesman. He cares about your budget, taste in vehicles and is not ever going to just put you in any old car just to make a deal. Thank you John!!!! More

Wonderful car buying experience! I don’t normally write reviews but wanted to share what a great experience I had at Arrowhead Autosport. I came in not knowing exactly what type of c I don’t normally write reviews but wanted to share what a great experience I had at Arrowhead Autosport. I came in not knowing exactly what type of car I wanted, but had seen an Audi Q5 I was interested in on Autotrader. When I got there I was greeted by Steve who proceeded to show me the Q5. I wasn’t sure if it was the car for me, and he didn’t pressure me at all to make a decision, but instead showed me several other cars that I might like, and took the time to let me drive each of them to see the different way they drove. I couldn’t decide still so I went home to sleep on it, and came back a few days later. The Q5 I originally came in for had been sold, but they had gotten another one in that I liked as well, so they arranged for me to get a loan and had my paperwork done really quickly. It was a very smooth experience, and I can’t say anything but good things about the whole dealership. I met several other people there, and each was just as friendly. I felt comfortable there and have already recommended two friends to go see them. Thanks Steve for such a great experience. More
