Once I decided to purchase the car, the process was seamless, and Erika walked me through everything that was needed on my end, as well as how the process works as a whole. I really appreciated that as a female buying this car on my own. Additionally, the follow up customer service I received from Tim after I purchased the car was above and beyond anything I could have expected. Definitely above and beyond the service I would have received at a larger dealership where my used car purchase was not a priority.
