I went to this place trusting that my first car would be awesome right? Wrong. They ruined it. My motor blew 13 days into me having the car. Never recommend I purchased an f150 from Randy he was friendly but did not show me all the things wrong with truck until I pointed a few out. They did fix my radio but back bumper is still tied on with bailing wire. After 2 months I started having transmission issues took it in had to rent a car for 3 days while they looked at it. Found no issues took it back in 2 weeks later they noticed then what I had been telling them. Now they are fixing transmission but Keri refused a loaner and I am now without a truck to get me to work cant afford a rental for the 2 weeks they are going to be fixing my truck. Do not purchase anything from these people.I also paid more than Kelly blue book for this truck. More

Unforgettable, demoralizing, heart breaking, Sept.21st. First experience buying a car. Glen came highly reccomended from friends. I told Glen what my family of 4 needed . He said he could help. I had to pay him n sign papers before test driving the van. Nothing was explained. I wanted a warranty he said no. I looked at the van and asked if there was anything else ?he said no. I said its not what I wanted. He said it was certifiable. It was late they were closing. He said take it home n see what you think. I asked about my van , I asked if he could give me 200 dollars off my bill for it? He said no. I said can I have my battery back its still under warranty he said no its gone the tow truck guy is taking it away. I said really? I had not even drove the new van yet. I live 1 hour away. Feeling very upset , I drove the van for the first time,my gut told me by the time I got to the light which is half a block from the dealership I knew I didnt want this vehicle. I took it straight to my machanic. The oil pan was leeking the air conditioning didnt work, my seat belt was so tight I couldnt move it physically hurt me, alignment is out the radio has power serges sometimes the window worked, transmission is going like a piece of poop this van is, I do not feel safe as well as when I asked for the car history the print was so small I could barley read it and Glen like with everything pushed it infront of me for a min. Then took it back. The glimps I got was it was in 3 auctions n 2 accidents. That alone I told Glen I didnt want it and may I take it home to read. He says No. So next day I go back to Glen , he says hurry tell me whats wrong . Here I thought we could talk but he seemed so rushed. So I told him he ran to the back n gave the list to the machanic. He said they will fix it. Then he leaves the building to go home. They got me a rental in which they said they would pay for yet asked me to produce my credit card.Now...the next day come pick up your vehicle they say. Meanwhile. I dont want the van and have expressed this to him. I asked for the work order.I said can I look at other vehicles he told me he'd have 3 for me to look at. Well he was so busy when I got there he didnt even speak just waved hi. . The elderly lady at the desk beside him says theres your keys. I said that Glen told me I would have 3 vehicles to look at when I came back. She said oh idk. Again she pointed to the keys guess I was interrupting her dinner her mouth was full. I asked for the work order she said I cant see it. Again not happy with the way they are treating me and my first experence buying a car. Its my bday weekend wanted to surprise my mom n bro. Yet Im totally crushed inside. Get it there show them the vehicle and the papers. Mom says oh your leasing it. I said what? No Glen sold me this. She said look at the top . I said you know I haven't looked at them since I signed the papers. Glen had his fingers over the lease title. I swear on a stack of bibles I had No idea I just leased a van that I am TOTALLY not happy with and knew it within mins of driving it. Now 10thousand dollars later with a 12 thousand intrest rate 22 THOUSAND IN DEBT. For a van that I dont want. I was totally railroaded. Now my family of 4 kids n husband are in heartship over this cuz I dont even want to drive it. And at the end of it all I have to keep the van in mint condition cuz they are going to take it back or sell it to me again. Like Im a mom you think I would sign somthing I know will be destroyed by kids dogs n living to give back n buy again. xxxx no. Anyways I could elaborate more but this makes me physically sick. Excellent After Care! I bought my 2005 Lincoln Navigator from Loan Arranger last year. Immediately, within a week of purchase, it had air suspension issues that would have I bought my 2005 Lincoln Navigator from Loan Arranger last year. Immediately, within a week of purchase, it had air suspension issues that would have cost thousands of dollars to repair. Basically the vehicle in the cold weather had NO suspension, the air springs woukd not air up if it was below 50° outside. The staff at Loan Arranger (Lisa, Lori and Johnny) took great care of me and even though it was in the shop 9 times, it's finally fixed! Thank you also Max's Garage in Abilene. I was never once charged for the repairs and was always treated like I mattered. THANK YOU ALL! I'm grateful to be blessed with a beautiful vehicle, that I can finally, safely drive and enjoy in the winter! More
