I TEST DROVE TWO DIFFERANT CARS EACH OF THEM FOR 24 HRS. IT GAVE ME TIME TO SEE HOW THE CAR HANDLED AND TO SEE IF THE CAR WAS WHAT I REALLY WANTED. SO MANY DEALERSHIPS SIT IN THE CAR WITH YOU WHILE YOU DRIVE AROUND THE BLOCK WHICH IS NO WHERE NEAR ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE SUCH A BIG INVESTMENT. ARROW ALLOWED ME TO HAVE ALONE TIME WITH THE VEHICLE. LISA DYER WAS VERY NICE TO ME AND ALL OF THE STAFF AT ARROW LOAN ARRANGER SHOWED ME THE SAME RESPECT. A friend of mine took me to find a car. Our dealer showed me 1 car and when I told her I didn't like it she tried to talk me out of it and instantly became irritated. I finally got her to show me more than t me 1 car and when I told her I didn't like it she tried to talk me out of it and instantly became irritated. I finally got her to show me more than the 1 car and once I decided what I liked we waited for over 2 hours to my paperwork. I understand they were somewhat busy but not once did she come out and say "It'll be a few minutes" or "sorry about the wait" or "could I get you guys anything why you wait". The only person who gave great customer service was the other Lisa who worked in the office where they take payments. She finally grabbed my paperwork that had been sitting at the printer and helped me fill it out. She was also very friendly and apologized for the wait. More
