The addition of a $2,995 charge for the "Arriago Advantage" and the subsequent "over-allowance" offered for my trade-in are both deceptive practices. Regardless of whether the final price is $35,000 or $50,000, the price should be clearly stated without any ambiguity. Imagine encountering such deceptive practices on a daily basis while shopping at a mall. While I acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the salesperson, Mr. Herman, which warrants a three-star rating, there is a clear need for improvement in the dealership's overall approach to pricing transparency.
