Usually I hate to come to Arrigo to have our latest Jeep serviced. I always made my husband do it because I knew it was never simple and I'd get stuck there for hours. My husband was recently made a K9 unit for the Florida Highway Patrol and is in Tallahassee training, so I had to come in for an oil change. I had been putting it off, but on that morning the battery died too. So I got a jump and brought it straight to Arrigo. There I met the most polite, concerned and wonderful service guy I have met there. His name is Joshua Bourget. He mentioned three things that needed to be done as far as routine maintenance were concerned. They would be 189.00 each. Then he asked if I wanted to do any of them while I was there for the oil change and the battery. I am sure that the blank expression on my face was funny, but he just stood there patiently while I called my husband, and even took the phone and explained to my husband what needed to be done! In the past the service men would speak to me slowly and in a patronizing tone, rolling their eyes if I called my husband. Then I asked how long my service would take. He told me about an hour and twenty minutes. I asked if I cold be out of there by 3:00, so I could get my daughter to gymnastics. He smiled and said he wasn't sure but he would do the bes t he could he even said he would go offer his assistance to the mechanic if nee d be! He came in to check on me in the service lounge about every fifteen minutes and gave me updates. He asked if he could get me anything (I have a broken and loosened coccyx and am walking with a cane). Then came the miracle! At ten minutes to three, he came in and told me that he and my mechanic Efrain Solano had finished in just under an hour! They managed not only to do an oil change, rear differential thing, diagnostic on the battery, something with the air filter, they also gave me the BEST experience I have EVER had in the Arrigo service department! Both of them should be commended for excellent service, speed, courtesy and kindness. I will be sure to bring the Jeep back there again soon . . .I'll probably call ahead to make sure that Joshua and Efrain will handle my service! Recently I was involved in an accident that smashed up my 2004 Nissan Xterra. I was referred to Arrigo's body shop from my insurer, Travelers. From the moment they received my truck (on the flatbed) to the moment I picked it up (looking like the day I bought it), I was always kept abreast of progress and anticipated completeion date. Everybody I spoke to at the shop was cordial, friendly and informed. The quality of work was fantastic. I could not be happier with the total experience. Who would of thought to take a Nissan Xterra to a DCJ dealership for body work! Hopefully you (the reader) will never need the services of this facility, but if you do, this is a first class shop, with first class people. More

I was greeted in a friendly professional manner and it just got better from there. Edwin in finance, is the most couteous and customer orentied "finance guy" I have ever worked with. After the sale I returned to have some options installed and my experiences were every bit as good. Mitchell the custom parts manager is great and really gets the job done. The service department is all one would hope for; clean, fast, job done right. With a bit of miscalculation done on the front end of the sales process, we were shorted one month payment due on the car we were trading in. When everyone else said "my hands are tied, there is nothing I can do", Jose went above and beyond to help us with this extra amount we were going to be out of pocket. We can not express the level of professionalism and dedication that Jose exhibited. We want to thank Jose again for everything he stands for and his level of customer service and straigth shooting attitude. Overall it was a very good experience. We started out looking for used cars for my daughters but ended up with new jeeps(2) that were aproximately the same monthly payment. I would recommend this dealership to my friends as the price was fair, the service was professional and friendly(Eric bought us pizza as the whole process took over 6 hours), and my daughters are absolutely crazy happy over their new jeeps. My wife and I purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty 4x4 from your dealership, Arrigo Dodge. This is my 3rd Jeep. We drove it from Loxahatchee, Fl to Las Vegas, NV in 3 days. What a car….WOW!!! When driving through Texas I think is was I-20, the satellite radio said an accident was ahead with a 20 mile backup. I being me said no problem to my wife as she looked at our little dog in the back seat. The saga begins. We hit the backup long before Dallas in a blinding rain storm. I kid you not, you could not see the end of the hood of the car. So again being me, I hit detour on my G.P.S. (her name is Sam) lol. I saw some cars go down a ravine and up a hill to an access road. Sam said go, so I did. We hit blacktop until she said turn left. Did you ever see the movie “The Grapes of Wrath”? This was that road!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some farmer 100 years ago must have plowed it and nobody followed me on it!!!! Nobody!!! I put the Jeep in 4wd and Sam said go 8.4 miles. Lets keep in mind it’s blinding rain , the mud is up to the door rails, I have no idea were we are with a manic wife and dog. We went through deep ruts and dips full of mud and water. The Jeep was flawless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a fan now and forever. We got through it and I washed her ….kissed the Jeep first, then Sam (the g.p.s.). Scott….Thank you. My wife Rita and little dog Pixie thank you. You helped my family get through a long trip with what I believe is the best brand made. Jeep!! We wish you and your family well.
