Awesome Experience Went into this dealership to test drive the new Ford Mustang. The greatest part of my experience is how Jesse took it upon himself to continue trying to find a price that worked for my budget. I took his whole day working on pricing and options and you couldn't even notice. Service was top notch from anyone I came in contact with. Short, Sweet, and to my new Ford! From the minute I was first contacted by Mr. V the internet sales manager to the point where I was introduced to Jesse my salesman, the whole process From the minute I was first contacted by Mr. V the internet sales manager to the point where I was introduced to Jesse my salesman, the whole process took 1 hour. That's from me seeing my car online, to driving off the lot with it. My credit IS less than favorable, and so I wasn't really expecting any favorable results as two other dealerships have turned me away. However thanks to Jesse I was able to drive off in my new to me 2010 Ford Mustang, the same one I wanted all along! Jesse was nice, polite, truthful, and most important of all professional. He simply asked me what vehicle I wanted and that he would work his best to make it happen. As stated before, an hour later I had my new car! Thank you Jesse and the armstrong team I will be back when it's time for me to change vehicles again, you can count on it!!! More
