Brought in for recall Made an appointment by telephone to bring in my Jeep for a recall. Female who answered, Rachel, could not have been nicer. Met with Mike at Service D Made an appointment by telephone to bring in my Jeep for a recall. Female who answered, Rachel, could not have been nicer. Met with Mike at Service Dept. who explained what would be happening with the recall, then went to wait in the lounge. Mike came in and got me, more quickly than I had anticipated, and told me I was all set, the part involved in recall had been properly installed on my Jeep. Easy check out and I was on my way. More

Horrific first experience with this service dept Called days in advance to set up an appointment for a service engine light phone was pleasant. As I explained to the service advisor I would need transportation to and from the garage. Advisor then advised me that I had rental ins and would have a rental waiting for me on my arrival. The morning of my appointment waited 15 minutes before anyone helped me then after another 15-20 mins was informed that I would have to reschedule my appointment because there was no vehicle for me to take to work and back. Very disappointed with my first experience at that service appointment. I myself have 17 years of work experience in a car dealership to me that was one of the worst customer experiences I have witnessed. The advisor had nothing to say to me no apology no looking further into what could be done for me at that time. And I ended up being a half hour late to work and lost money. Thanks to my Salesperson Bill M for trying to help out all he could. Not very good customer service at all. The service mgr. did try reaching out me several times playing phone tag but honestly not really sure I want to go back. More
