Safety and COVID precautions are nearly non-existent. Sales and service staff have incredibly poor use of PPE. Masks are either being worn incorrectly, or not at all! Cashier staff was wearing masks correctly and practiced safety as far as I could tell. I did not see anyone in the service department wearing a mask at all. I am incredibly concerned about this because this tells me someone has been in my vehicle without any protection, leaving a high chance for me to be exposed to any germs they may be carrying. I am incredibly worried about using this dealer and service center ever again. If I could give back my car with no penalties, I would do it and would go get my GMC elsewhere. I'm appalled with this business. More

Terrible customer service. I waited for 2 weeks for them to contact me about a part for my vehicle. Originally I was told it would take 24-48 hours to get the part at which time I would have to come back. I to contact me about a part for my vehicle. Originally I was told it would take 24-48 hours to get the part at which time I would have to come back. I never received a phone call or anything; only thing I got from this dealer is garbage spam emails. So, I contact them only to be hung up on after waiting several minutes on hold. Then I called back; after being transferred to the service department again I waited while the phone rang for 4 straight minutes. Finally the receptionist picked up and said they were too busy to help me. I was already upset about not being contacted, but who wants to be told they can’t be helped because people are busy?! I’m never coming back here and there are plenty of dealers who value their customers and their time, I suggest going to one of those instead of Sullivan. More

Sales and Finance Departments were great. I was very disappointed in Service department. I purchased a brand new Buick Encore and within 24 hours of owning it, the engine malfunction light came on. The service advisor did a very poor job of communicating status of the vehicle. After almost a week in the shop, the dealership gave me another new car. Second key fob didn’t work. Had to return to dealership for the 4th time in a 10-day period. I was not happy with the treatment I received. This service advisor was rude and condescending. Will not be using Sullivan again. More
