My service advisors Chris was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had called to either trade my car in or extend my warranty I was told unless I take down my previous bad rating I would not get good service from service dept and was told to take off rating for sa warranty I was told unless I take down my previous bad rating I would not get good service from service dept and was told to take off rating for sales person since he can’t sell cars because of me Now tell me what professional dealership would even do that?
