The salesman, Muhammed Patel, was so frien My wife and I had one of our best experiences buying a new 2017 Acura RDX from Arlington Acura in Palatine. The salesman, Muhammed Patel, was so friendly and honest! He was kind and informative about any questions we had. Great guy! He made our car buying experience so easy and relaxing! Since we don’t have any Acura dealer in our town it was 70 miles driving one-way to meet with different dealers in Chicago area. All other dealers told us one thing on phone/email and when we got there they had completely different price for the car. We were about to give up on buying a new car then we met with Muhammed Patel at Arlington Acura. Since we have 3 year old son that was coming along with us, I did a lot of the upfront work with Muhammed via email and phone. Communication was quick, detailed and very honest which made the process very easy. Muhammed took no time to work his magic to get us the best deal in town! We arranged a date and time to sign the papers which made the process incredibly easy and worked well with our hectic schedule! The next day we picked up the car Muhammed had everything ready to go for us. Muhammed and his team were great with our young son providing kid activities and let him check out the new cars in the show room. We were able to sign the paperwork and get the car setup in no time. Muhammed showed us all the features in new RDX and explained everything in great details. It was amazing experience! Buying a car can be a daunting process; however, it didn't feel that way working with Muhammed and his team at Arlington Acura in Palatine.
