Update as of 7/8/2024 This place has seized all contact with me. I have already contacted the DMV and they are initiating an investigation into this place. I am also in the process of contacting their Surety Bond issuer and filing a claim for failure to fulfill obligations. All this could be avoided if the company pays me the roughly $3k they owe me in car payments and fulfilling their end of the contract and paying off the trade-in vehicle. If you are reading this review and have purchased a White 2021 Honda Accord Touring from this place between December and now, please contact me as I am filling a stolen vehicle report and do not want this to further affect you. Update as of 6/26/2024 This place has refused to answer my calls or emails and also reimburse me for the trade off vehicle they still have not payed off. Update as of 5/22/2024 The person i have been dealing with (Jessica) is sporadic in answering calls or email. They have not replied to my emails requesting reimbursement for this months car payment that they still have yet to pay off. I have filed a complaint with the Arizona AG, AZDOT and am in the process of filling a police report for a stolen vehicle since in essence, that's what they have done with the vehicle they have refused to pay off. AVOID THIS PLACE! Update as of 3/27/2024: The person I have had the only contact with at the dealership (Saraya) has deleted her email account and will not answer the phone. Still no payoff on the trade in. I also received a letter from the extended warranty I got through the dealership that they will be canceling the warranty due to not receiving payment from the dealership. On 12/10/2023 I purchased a used 2020 Mustang GT from Arizona Specialty Motors. In doing so, I traded in my car at the time, a 2021 Honda Accord. I was instructed to cancel any additional warranties the Honda had so that they could pay off the vehicle and complete the transaction. I did so and provided proof of cancellation by email to the finance manager (Dana) in which I received no reply to. I was able to reach them by phone a week later and was told the pay off check was sent out. As of today (2/23/2024) the Honda remains on my credit report and has not been paid off. Any attempt I have made to contact this business have been difficult as the phones are never answered and emails are rarely replied to. I was told on one of the rare occasions by an employee in the finance department (Saraya) that they would Zelle me any money I would spend on paying off the monthly car payment for the Honda. I find this highly unlikely but have already made two payments on the Honda since 12/10/2023. I just want my trade in paid off and to be refunded for all additional payments I’ve had to make in order to preserve my credit history and so that I can be done with this horrible business. More
This is what Ive had to deal with so far with this shady carlot since March 16, 2024. I bought a gray 2007 Saturn Sky that ran for 3 days and 20 miles before it wouldn't run at all and had to be towed ba carlot since March 16, 2024. My mechanic checked the car and stated it ran like a car with 120k miles on it, and not the 49k miles like it shows on the odometer. Az Specialty Motors charged me for license plates, taxes, and fees, and they kept the money. The car was never registered to me and the license plate was never mailed to me. They charged me $700 for GAP insurance and they kept that money in their pocket as well. I confirmed with the GAP insurance company that AZ Specialty Motors never took out a policy on my behalf. This shady place not only has the defective Saturn Sky in their possession, they have my money for the loan, the license plate and taxes, and the money for the GAP insurance for a policy that doesn't exist. Need I say more??? More

The car currently has 2 loans on it. Avoid them at all costs. No car is worth this hassle. More
Just bought my vehicle from this dealership and was happy with my buying experience, they made it really easy, especially compared to my previous experience with other dealers. Their car selection is awesome, so many dream cars, one of the best showrooms I've seen, and It's not just the variety, but the quality of unique cars that they have on display, it’s a must visit even if you are just going to take a look. The customer service was great too, the salesman was friendly, and not pushy at all, it made it an overall great experience. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, you've gotta check them out! On 2/17 I drove down from Tucson to purchase a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 45k on the odometer for $18k. On 2/18 I took it into TrailBoss off road here in Tucson to get a quote on correcting some of the Wrangler Rubicon with 45k on the odometer for $18k. On 2/18 I took it into TrailBoss off road here in Tucson to get a quote on correcting some of the body roll and making the Jeep a bit more road worthy. Well after inspection of the Jeep BOTH front and rear axle housing are bent. The Jeep Isn’t even mechanically drivable or safe on or off road. TrailBoss off-road gave me a 10k ball park invoice for replacement axles. On 2/19 I immediately notified Arizona specialty Motors and to date 3/1 have been ignored…. This company is dishonest and has no integrity. I’ve been taking advantage of and have a 18k thousand dollar Jeep that is a piece of yard art until I can save 10k to pay for something I shouldn’t have to…. Will seek legal counsel if they can’t make this right. Mike P. More
