Every time I take my car in for service Elaine greets me with a ready smile and makes me feel very welcome, something I don't usually experience in the service dept. of a car dealership. Although my 2005 Highlander was purchased from a dealership in FL, this year I have had two reasons to have my car serviced at Ardmore Toyota. It is wonderful and all of the employees go out of their way to make you feel special and address all of your problems. I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such a wonderful service department. Their telephone follow-up is incredible and their goal is to make every customer happy. Josh Fleisher who wrote up my service contract, and Roy, their service manager went out of their way to diagnose and find a difficult mechanical issue. The car was brought to them in the middle of a busy day and within one hour, the problem was addressed, a new part ordered under warranty, and a follow up service appointment was made for me at my convenience. You can't ask for better than that! . Ardmore Toyota will be definitely selling me my next Toyota and I cannot recommend them enough. They definitely know how to treat a customer! More

Have used Ardmore Toyota since they opened for service of my '05 Highlander which I purchased new from the company's other dealership (Central City Toyota). We then purchased a second new car from Ardmore To my '05 Highlander which I purchased new from the company's other dealership (Central City Toyota). We then purchased a second new car from Ardmore Toyota, an '07 Camry, because we were so pleased with our experience. We have since recommended friends and family who have also purchased new cars from Ardmore Toyota. The service dept hours are very convenient- I feel like they are always open and available when needed. Workmanship is of the highest quality. Waiting area is pleasant. I highly recommend Ardmore Toyota for both sales and service. More

This past Saturday I went to Ardmore Toyota concerned because my Sienna van was slipping and sliding in the rain. I was very worried because it was a definate safety issue and I drive a lot. The service department was so quick to help me despite the fact that it was a very busy Saturday. It turned out I needed new front tires. Although they could have sold me all four tires they told me I only needed two. They were also very good about educating me about why you move the back tires to the front and put the new ones on the back. I appreciated their attentiveness, quick service and willingness to educate me, the consumer. I know I have been to other service departments and been over sold, even more so because I am a woman. The waiting room is large and comfortable, though very crowded on Sat. My kids really appreciated the hot chocolate and soft pretzels avaiable free for them. While waiting we walked into the adjacent new car building to browse, really just to kill time. My kids thought it was a real treat - checking out the cars and especially playing the golf game they had free of charge. The sales men were more than willing to answer my curiosity questions about the new cars and I never felt pressured to really consider buying. More
