Was in the market to upgrade our Toyota Highlander 2008 Limited earlier purchased at this dealership. Obviously, being as we loved that SUV, we bought an 2021 certified used Highlander. It was a no brainer. Financially we received over $ 1000.00 credit for having serviced the 2008 SUV at Team Toyota throughout the many years of ownership. Secondly, we had concerns with driving with a physical disability.Mechanically, the 2021 Highlander could be adapted in the future if needed for transferring to a wheelchair from the driver's seat. Rich Kearney, our salesman, was such a decent human being. We were treated with kindness and courtesy. Rich understands what he sells and believes in the products. He took time to explain the functioning of the vehicle and obtained a owner's manual for the vehicle which we preferred to an online manual. Overall, from sales to finance, it was a great experience.

My service advisor, Brian McDaid, did what most salespeople don’t: he underpromised and overdelivered! Brian McDaid superceeded my expectations. My car was finished on time. The entire service team, as cordial as could be, and experienced technicians confirmed that all details were correct. Being transparent and straightforward, with kindness, is important in life, and Central Toyota City's employees get it. The showroom is clean and well-lit. In the spacious waiting area, there are charging stations aplenty for your electronic devices and complimentary Wi-Fi. The check-out experience was seamless, with a front desk staff member who created an intuitive, smooth, and positive experience, was polite, and left a great impression before exit. The dealership has devised the ease of usability of its website. I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota 4Runner SR5 from Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken, and I can’t recommend Mike Shulski highly enough. I’ve been through the car-buying process many times, but Mike made the finance and paperwork side of things incredibly smooth and transparent. He was professional, personable, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or pressured. It’s clear why he’s been with the Conicelli family for so long. If you’re looking for a 4Runner, go see the team at Conshohocken and ask for Mike—he’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

In July 2025, I contacted Thompson Toyota to place an advance order for a 2026 Toyota RAV4 Limited Hybrid. I clearly explained that I would purchase the vehicle from Thompson if they honored the $500 Hero discount that was being offered at Team Toyota. The Sales Manager, Steve Tagye, responded and initially confirmed that honoring the $500 discount would not be an issue. Based on this clear agreement, I placed a deposit. After several months of waiting for the redesigned RAV4 to enter production, the dealership located a vehicle for me in February. At this point, communication broke down completely. The sales consultant, Ken, could not make even minor decisions and was forced to defer to Steve Tagye for nearly everything. In March, Steve Tagye unilaterally backed out of the previously agreed-upon $500 discount on a vehicle with a list price of approximately $49,000. Despite the clear documentation of our agreement and my repeated references to it, he refused to honor the commitment and attempted to argue that the agreement never existed. This was a blatant use of manipulative and unethical sales tactics, wasting my time and trust. I immediately requested my deposit back and decided to take my business elsewhere. Potential buyers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with Steve Tagye and Thompson Toyota.

On June 11, 2025 I purchased a 2014 Toyota RAV4 AWD XLE - Deb992

On June 11, 2025 I purchased a 2014 Toyota RAV4 AWD XLE from Team Toyota Langhorne for $15,662 — total loan obligation $25,148.00. Within months the vehicle developed multiple major mechanical failures confirmed by the dealership's own personnel: torque converter failure, catalytic converter failure, exhaust system structural corrosion with the exhaust already separated and hanging — repair quote $4,745.02, brakes classified RED front and rear and failed within 9,734 miles of purchase, axle bracket so severely corroded it had to be cut off, fuel pump rust and EVAP system failure, fuel gauge malfunction, severe tire dry rot on aftermarket tires installed without disclosure, severe underbody and structural corrosion throughout, seat belt obstruction, and a post-repair oil leak that began February 28, 2026 and is ongoing. The vehicle is now not able to be driven. I was sold a $2,115.00 Vehicle Service Contract that did not cover the major repairs needed — and covered items were never submitted for warranty coverage by the dealership. The vehicle was in the shop in October and December 2025 — the dealership never submitted the warranty claims — dragging this out until February 2026 when the vehicle became completely inoperable. MPI videos from two service visits were confirmed recorded but never produced when requested. The vehicle has been out of service since February 17, 2026 — 56 days. Two replacement vehicles presented by the dealership were found to have mechanical concerns upon basic visual inspection. No resolution has been provided.
