I thought I was going to be on an hour long errand... It took over 5 hours just to get an oil change, new key, and key fob! It took additional time for staff to discover you can not make a new key from the took over 5 hours just to get an oil change, new key, and key fob! It took additional time for staff to discover you can not make a new key from the valet key/ need master key (which was never told to us upon purchasing the vehicle either). Arrrggg. The charges were ridiculous, but Don was good about getting the fob replaced under warranty and offering a discount on the labor charge. More

Ardmore toyota have a big picture window over looking the repair shop next to the service desk. While I looked out and waited for my car, I could hear the service representatives dealing with various customers. Customers can be good and bad too. They were all very considerate and polite. I was very impressed with the personnel. By the time my car was ready and it was my turn to deal with my representative, I was very impressed and confident with the service department. More

I have been coming to Ardmore Toyota for service since you opened. I am constantly impressed with the superb combination of friendliness and professionalism that every employee exhibits EVERY time I visit you opened. Not only that, every time I come in for service, I am usually greeted by name and a friendly conversation!! Mr. G greets me with a friendly hello every time I drop off my car, and every service person is as helpful and friendly as can be, and Shelly always ends the visit with a smile and a friendly conversation. :) This past March, less than two weeks after I had put a lot of money into fixing two things on my car, I totalled my car. I didn't know what to do. I knew I wanted another Toyota, and that I wanted to stay at Ardmore Toyota. My boyfriend and I went right to Jay at the service department and asked for his advice as to who to go to in the sales department. I trusted Jay, and he did not let me down.
