I just had a great experience buying a new car at Ardmore Toyota. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, courteous and informative. Don't buy a used vehicle from them ! They didn't reveal to me that the car had been previously wrecked before I purchased it and when I asked them to fix it, they told me that they weren't responsible and to me that the car had been previously wrecked before I purchased it and when I asked them to fix it, they told me that they weren't responsible and under no circumstances are they going take ownership of the issue. The General Manager, Ted Dadario, refused to help me! I bought this car on-line and I made the mistake of trusting them when I asked specifically before I bought it, if the car had ever been wrecked before and the salesman, Carl Camarota, told me it hadn't . I am very disappointed in their integrity and now I am stuck trying to get the problem fixed myself which is going to cost a lot of money. They are the experts , so I don't understand why they would sell a car without disclosing known damages which is their responsibility by law. This should never happen when you do the right thing for the customer instead of the wrong thing. More

Have used Ardmore Toyota since they opened for service of my '05 Highlander which I purchased new from the company's other dealership (Central City Toyota). Do not buy used vehicles from them. They do not disclose to the customers that their used cars ware in major accidents, they repair them and sell as regular "clean cars" with "clean" Carfax reports. I had a great experience...again. My first car I bought, Camry, was at Central City Toyota years ago, and I just bought a used Toyota 4Runner from Ardmore Toyota recently. This was my first used vehicle that I ever purchased and I was 100% satisfied with everything from the price down to the customer service I received. I shopped the internet for this car and I got a very quick response from Ardmore Toyota. They got back to me right away! Other places I inquired at did not get back to me at all, which was surprising. I already sent my friend, as well a co-worker of mine, to buy from Ardmore Toyota, which is why I am writing this today. They had a great experience and thanked me for sending them to Ardmore Toyota.
