Caleb from sales and Nicole from internet sales did a phenomenal job. I was looking for a 23 model that is not easily available, that too without insane markups but they had one in transit. I decided to take a chance and call them to see how much their markup was even though they were a long drive away. Point to note, at this point I was fed up with the sly predatory practices of my local dealers and was already distrustful of everything. Upon enquiry, Nicole was super transparent about pricing, availability, etc. on the phone. She emailed me itemized cost breakdown - most dealerships won't do this because they have hidden costs that you'll be told about right before the credit check. I told Nicole about all the recent experiences at my local dealerships and she took her time to explain why I should not worry about anything. This was so refreshing that I decided to drive all the way to work with this dealership. When I went to the dealership for my car, Caleb was handling my sale and did another great job. He knew about cars, we talked about performance parts, classic cars, overlanding, etc. He was very polite and transparent, making sure I had all the information before I said yes to anything. He never tried to coerce me into a sale but made sure I know the details of all supplementary products/services Toyota has to offer. Documentation was a breeze and and he had most documents ready to go even before I arrived. He was patient with my barrage of questions on everything. I left a happy customer and 10/10 would recommend to my friends. I'll be glad if this review helps them in any way. More
