I was referred to Qasim Azad at Ardmore Toyota by my cousin who lives near this dealership. He was very friendly,listened to my needs and matched the right Sienna for me. He also explained the benefits of leasing, I have never leased a car before, because no one explained it to me like Qasim did. I have bought many cars in my life but Qasim made it very easy for me. All the negotiation was done over the phone, which was not hard at all he gave me the BEST price the first time. He mailed the paperwork to me, so when I got there to pick up my car I was greeted with warm welcome, my car was ready I got in my New sienna and was on my way. They gave me a gift bag too. I live in North Carolina and bought a Toyota last year at local dealer (Toyota of Durham)where I was misguided and cheated by their dishonesty. I traveled over 400 miles to Ardmore Toyota and will definitely go back for my next vehicle. I will Highly Recommend Ardmore Toyota and Qasim, he is the best sales rep. ever. More

I got the car home and much to my chagrin the front wheel cover was missing.When i called Qasim to inform him,he told me no problem and told me to come in the following day to replace it.I was already sold on his customer service but this sent it over the top in my book! This was at least my tenth purchase of a new vehicle. It was by far the most comfortable experience I have had. Nicole was so down to earth and gregarious. Both she and the manager exhibited a very nice balance of salesmanship and friendliness. I was hesitant on the color at first but Nicole not once pressured me into selecting the vehicle. She put the most importance on my happiness and satisfaction. To top it all off she was very open and honest during the negotiation period including trade-in, sales price and financing. I walked out of Ardmore with the most beautiful car I have ever owned and at a very fair price. The facility is also top notch and state of the art. Do not hesitate to give them a visit. More
Although my 2005 Highlander was purchased from a dealership in FL, this year I have had two reasons to have my car serviced at Ardmore Toyota. I cannot say enough nice things about the way I was tr dealership in FL, this year I have had two reasons to have my car serviced at Ardmore Toyota. I cannot say enough nice things about the way I was treated by their service department. It is wonderful and all of the employees go out of their way to make you feel special and address all of your problems. I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such a wonderful service department. Their telephone follow-up is incredible and their goal is to make every customer happy. Josh Fleisher who wrote up my service contract, and Roy, their service manager went out of their way to diagnose and find a difficult mechanical issue. The car was brought to them in the middle of a busy day and within one hour, the problem was addressed, a new part ordered under warranty, and a follow up service appointment was made for me at my convenience. You can't ask for better than that! . Ardmore Toyota will be definitely selling me my next Toyota and I cannot recommend them enough. They definitely know how to treat a customer! More

I bought a new Prius III for sticker price, plus extras, including a leather upgrade. I was promised that the leather would be identical to or better than the factory leather on the model IV in every respe including a leather upgrade. I was promised that the leather would be identical to or better than the factory leather on the model IV in every respect except there would be no lumbar adjustment on the seats. It turns out my car does not have a leather steering wheel and the seat heat switches are on the sides of the seats rather than on the console. Ardmore Toyota refuses to correct these deficiencies and their employees have given me the royal run around for 3 months while acting like they were attempting to solve the problem. I was given many reasons why they could not correct the problems that other employees contradicted. In the end the reasons they provided were: 1) I provided a negative review on Toyota's post sale survey, 2) They don't think the corrections are worth the money and effort and 3) They don't like my attitude. Steer clear of Ardmore Toyota and Central City Toyota!!! More
