Quasim [Q] is probably the nicest salesman that I've ever met [I have Bought 15 automobiles over my lifetime]. In addition, after my purchase in '08, he kept in touch with me, inquiring how my recovery was, sent his condolences after my daughter died, and double checked to be sure that the service at Ardmore Toyota met my expectations and satisfaction. In other words, Q nurtured a friendship. In this instance today, I had the Prius model that Q needed for sale as a used Prius. We met, there was no 'sales' job, but a detailed conversation so that I got what I wanted and so did he. Q is a great salesman; I've recommended many of my friends to ask for him. He's a terrific asset to Ardmore Toyota!! More
I bought a new Scion Xb in 2009 from them and was very pleased with both the sales experience and the car. I purchased the extended warranty program for 100,000 mile coverage where you get the premium bac pleased with both the sales experience and the car. I put a lot of mileage on and back in January I already exceeded the mileage and got the $1000.00 back a few weeks after applying for it. I never expected to really get it back thinking they would make something up to weasel out of it. They are very honest and uphold their word. Since I put a lot of mileage on (about 5000 a month), I have had a lot of routine service done there. They are always extremely courteous, do good work and the price is always fair. Jay in particular has always taken that extra effort for me of ensuring that things are taken care of beyond even my expectations. For instance, this past Saturday I took my car in because I had a flat and needed the tire to be fixed. I was in a hurry because I had to go out of town to a conference and only had a short amount of time available. Jay not only moved me in front of people to get it done fast but got the work covered under the tire's road hazard warranty so it was a minimal charge. You can't expect any better service anywhere than that. They are the best I've ever dealt with and would highly recommend them for both sales and service of a Toyota or Scion vehicle. More

Visited him 3 times before making our final choice and he always gave us the time of day, answer our questions and helping us through the negotiation process on was essentially a non-negotiable deal on a new Scion XD. He turned around a full install of a new sunroof, XM radio and interior details in 72 hours. Back room staff were too very friendly and helpful, making this a perfect, hassle free experience. More
Ardmore Toyota deserves at least an 8 out of 5 because 5 out of 5 doesn't do it justice. The workmanship is outstanding, without that, nothing else would matter. That said, the service department is extraordinarily accommodating. Two times during the last few years, I'm not proud to report that I locked myself out of my car. The service department made a key both times and brought it to me. And when my son's Scion needed last minute repair for a business trip, Ardmore Toyota fit his car into the morning schedule, and offered to do his inspection and change his oil at the same time. My son wanted to leave at noon, his car was ready at 11:10 a.m. Finally, everything is done with a positive attitude. I've always been driven home and back to the dealership when our cars are serviced, and with a smile. In an ideal world, more businesses would provide this level of outstanding workmanship and service! More
There are not enough stars for me to rate Ardmore Toyota. We drove 45 minutes to use this dealership over our local Toyota dealership because they had the best price. My husband worked on-line to find the best price. We test drove the Sienna and our local dealership, but they could not come close to the price we found in Ardmore. When we finally were ready to pick up our new Sienna, my husband was running late. He had 20 minutes to sign paperwork and leave to pick up our boys. Jason was so fast and efficient, my husband was out and on his way! I was very excited to see the new Sienna, but was not happy about the color. Due to a miscommunication with me and my husband, and poor computer quality (those pearl colors are tough to see what they change to on line), it was not the color I thought he was bringing home! This was completely our fault and my husband thought I was crazy when I said I would call and ask if we could swap it for a different color. I called Jason and he discussed color options with me. We loaded the boys up the next day and took a trip to Ardmore Toyota. There we saw the new color, which I liked much better, and met with Dave & Jason. My husband almost fell over when they said they would swap it out - No Problem! They did this so quickly and efficiently, we were on our way before my 6 month old even woke up! My toddler and I read stories in the kid's corner of their beautiful showroom. He loved looking at all the cars and balloons! I would also like to mention, that I know my request was highly irregular but they never once made me feel like I was asking for the world or that I was totally nuts. It was a professional, curteous, no big deal attitude. I did not hug David or Jason before we drove away, but wish I had! I love my new Toyota Sienna in Cypress Green!! More

The point is, after I had posted my negative review, the Assistant Vice President Ryan contacted me and we spoke regarding my experience and as it turns out, I had the wrong impression. The staff at Ardmore Toyota are, without a doubt, a class act and as much as we think that most dealerships do not care about their customers or even prospective customers, they certainly do care here. They go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy. While the car I wanted was sold before I had the chance to stop by, I will definitely keep them in my search and look forward to potentially doing business with them in the near future. More
I had a problem that was a bit difficlut to diagnose and correct. This dealership made sure I was happy with their work, gave me a loaner car, and corrected it all with the car being under warranty. Every time I take my car in for service Elaine greets me with a ready smile and makes me feel very welcome, something I don't usually experience in the service dept. of a car dealership.
