My wife groaned when I told her I thought we ought to by a new car. Not that again she said! After a number of arduous purchases over the years I can say that this new car purchase from Ardmore Toyota was a new car. Not that again she said! After a number of arduous purchases over the years I can say that this new car purchase from Ardmore Toyota was much different than a number of prior auto purchases and by far the smoothest that we have ever experienced. We negotiated our purchase over the internet dealing with Jason Discolo. Compared to other firms that I was also negotiating with, Jason was much more responsive. There was no double talk no back and forth with the sales manager and no surprises. When we went to the dealership to execute the purchase Bobby Tahmas, our Product Specialist was simply a pleasure to deal with. Respectful, courteous and thorough we left with no axiety, unanswered questions or surprises. This company not only wants to sell cars but they also want you to be satsifed with your purchase. Give them a try! More
Greg and the staff were very attentive to my questions and concerns. While I was presented with the usual "add-ons" such as "Protectall" care and an extended warranty, after I did my research to confirm and concerns. While I was presented with the usual "add-ons" such as "Protectall" care and an extended warranty, after I did my research to confirm that these were of no value, there was no pressure to change my mind. When I had a question about delivery pricing, it was handled very well, and they allowed me to buy a car that had just come in rather than the one I had ordered. Overall I appreciated their flexibility, the way the staff backs each other up, and Greg making every effort to explain any questions about the car or the deal. Based on the "customer is always right" attitude and courtesy displayed, I am confident that our service relationship with the dealer in the future will be a good one. This is the Toyota dealer closest to our home, so I was really hoping they would be one I could feel good about, and they lived up to those hopes. More
This is the second time that I have purchased a vehicle from this dealship, and as always the service was great. I experienced customer service that I wouldn't expect when buying a used car, and the proces from this dealship, and as always the service was great. I experienced customer service that I wouldn't expect when buying a used car, and the process, although a bit lengthy, was seamless as always. This is a good, honest dealship that won't screw you around when it comes to buying a car, either new or used More
Can't be trusted. period. Don't buy used cars from Can't be trusted. period. Don't buy used cars from these guys. They told me the AC worked when it didn't. Probably put AC coolant in the pump ri Can't be trusted. period. Don't buy used cars from these guys. They told me the AC worked when it didn't. Probably put AC coolant in the pump right before I got there to test drive, bc when I got home AC wasn't working. Also, I paid with cash and the staff lurking in the background decided to laugh at me for that. Say's alot about the culture at Ardmore Toyota. Don't buy a car from these douchebags. More

I spent months researching various vehicles, new and used, and decided to buy a pre-owned Prius. Though several dealers had inventory, Ardmore Toyota Scion had the right car for me. My sales rep Carl wa used, and decided to buy a pre-owned Prius. Though several dealers had inventory, Ardmore Toyota Scion had the right car for me. My sales rep Carl was very helpful in comparing values of different models, very professional without pressure. When I decided to buy, he worked out a very good deal for me. The financing was excellent. When I picked up the car, Carl took all the time I needed to become familiar with the Prius. The entire experience was great, from my encounters with receptionist to service staff, and I think very highly of the organization overall. More
Clarence Barbour is very friendly and very accomodating!! I lived in the Main Line area for 30 years and was not happy and satify with the Toyota dealership in the area ever since we have bought Toyota cars I lived in the Main Line area for 30 years and was not happy and satify with the Toyota dealership in the area ever since we have bought Toyota cars, minivan and those dealership are so rude and greedy and keep on saying this and that had to be repaired while before we brought the car in for service, everything was o.k. and all of a suudden something broke. We really had a horrific and very bad image and experiences with these dealerships. We bought our 2009 Toyota from "freedom Toyota" whose employees and sales people are very friendly and very accomodating and gave us a reasonable deal and the service manager there, Jerry Chatel was very accomodating but since it's too far from us, which will take as more than an hour to get to Hamburg, PA for service, I finally found "ardmore Toyota" and Clarence was very friendly and nice, and that's why I always brought my 2009 Camry for service at Ardmore Toyota. We also bought a 2009 Hyundai Accent from Freedom Toyota since their price are negotiable and Ray , the sales manager wss very easy to deal with and not as greedy and rude as the sales people in the Main Line dealership around our area who are too snobbish and aggressive and insistent and pushy. I lived in Bryn Mawr for 30 years. Hopefully ardmore Toyata's service/maintenance's price will be reasonable and fair and more special promotion's discount coupons so I don't have to look for another dealership for service and as long as Clarence Barbour will be my service adviser, I'll keep on having my car service at this dealership and hopefully the dealership has the facilty to vacuum the car and wash the car after servicing it and also offer "FREE STATE INSPECTION" since "FREEDOM TOYOTA" in Hamburg does all these complementary special services whenever we went there for service and provide a "complementary car loaner for us to use instead of waiting till the service is done;that's a good way to make the customers happy and satisfy especially in this distress economy, people are almost out of job, or no increease in salary, no extra bonus but gasoline, staple foods and groceries keep on increasing its price, how can people afford to have their car service ( whioh is not a major necessity, it's kind of extra expenditures if you can't do it by yourself and especially almost all cars are electronically equipped and digitalized and it's impossible to do it by yourself and especially with the annual State and Emission inspection beside the major maintenced or defective problems. I also suggest to have more up-to-date newspapers, magazines for customers to read while waiting during car services, since it takes hours to have inspections and maintenance works to be done. More
