I felt that he worked out a deal for me that I was satisfied with not like the other dealers I been to before because they just kinda give me the run around instead of working with me on a deal. I been to Conecilli and Piazza dealerships before I came to this one but none of the salesman were friendly, courteous, and on point like Rich so I believe I made a great decision to purchase my car here. I would definitely refer any of my friends to Rich if they thinking about buying a new or used car. More

We bought a used Honda Odyssey from Ardmore Toyota. Before buying, I made up a spreadsheet that listed used Honda Odysseys in a 200 mile radius, with their milage, make (i.e.,LX, Touring, etc), color, Before buying, I made up a spreadsheet that listed used Honda Odysseys in a 200 mile radius, with their milage, make (i.e.,LX, Touring, etc), color, and price. One minivan stood out from the others for its low milage and low price-- suprisingly, it was from a dealership. (Ironically, a Toyota dealership.) I had expected to be buying from the private market because I figured prices would be better-- but the Ardmore Toyota price was great. We went to look at it on a Monday night, had an independent mechanic look at the car on Tuesday afternoon (the transfor from the dealership to the mechanic was facilitated by our salesperson as a courtesy-- which I tremendously appreciated)-- and bought the car later that evening. What was great was that the dealership honored a coupon I had from the webpage for internet pricing and didn't give me a hard time about it, they were nice about the fact that I had two small children ages 2 & 4 with me running around with wild excitement, and I never felt pressured. I feel like I got a great deal on a used car, and that's what I wanted. Steve Reese was easy to work with, and I was amazed at how easy it was to buy at a dealership-- they took care of all the paperwork-- all I had to do was call my insurance company when I got home to have the car added to our account. The dealership gave me a license plate and handled the registration. It was the easiest purchase I've ever made. More

We first asked about late model used Priuses, which Richard showed us cheerfully. Then we looked at the new Priuses. While we talked through the options, Richard answered questions patiently and didn't push us to decide quickly or in any direction. We ended up purchasing a new Prius, which arrived a week before its scheduled arrival date! From start to finish, we had an excellent experience at Ardmore Toyota and with Richard.
