I went to get a new '12 Camry last Fri. We worked out the deal via email so, it should be an easy process. After I picked up the car and signed the purchase/finance agreement, the dealer backed out from the deal via email so, it should be an easy process. After I picked up the car and signed the purchase/finance agreement, the dealer backed out from the sale claiming that the buyer of my trade in back out. Al apologized and said he will contact a couple more buyers and let me know the next day. I called him the next day b/c he didn't call me. Two days later, he still didn't return my call. In all, I think the dealer might miss calculate the number and tried to back out from the deal. The bad thing is they got all of my info and ran a credit report which will lower my credit score for nothing. More
