I rated this Toyota branch great because from the time I walked in til the time I left, I had nothing but the best service. Ted Daddario, the gracious and energetic new car sales manager was prepared for our arrival with a phone call. When we walked in, we were greeted by an attractive and friendly hostess who immediately made manager was prepared for our arrival with a phone call. When we walked in, we were greeted by an attractive and friendly hostess who immediately made us feel welcome and introduced us to Ted. We talked briefly about what we wanted and what price we were willing to pay. His enthusiasm rubbed off on us immediately and after some fun chit-chat, he handed us off to Mark to look after the details and choose the car. Mark was relaxed and welcoming and we got right down to business and sorted thru a few details and then went to choose our car. Easy. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and Mark disappeared to make the car ready for us. No request was too small or too large for him to execute immediately. He was completely a "can do" guy in a calm, laid back way. Then we got to the processing of the always necessary pile of paperwork as Mark handed us off to Jess. Jess is a lively,engaging young woman who whipped through all the documents in short order while explaining everything clearly and answering each of our questions with clarity and good humor. If you weren't in a good mood when you got to Jess, you soon would be. As we finished up with Jess, we could smell some food being grilled nearby and it turned out that Ardmore Toyota was serving up fresh grilled hot dogs, sauerkraut and or cheeseburgers with ice cold soda to wash it down. So we had lunch there, compliments of Ardmore Toyota, while mark was transferring the license plate and the rubber floor mats from our old car to the new Prius. So here is the summary. It felt more like being on a cruise with new friends than buying a new car. We have been buying cars for 50 years and never had an experience even close to this. This was my first car buying experience ever, and it went so smoothly and I was never uncomfortable. We were there for 8 hours because we both bought new cars and the team stayed well after hours ma king sure we were taken care of. I'm so happy with my new car! My boyfriend has had at least 10 cars in his lifetime and he even said this was the best experiance he's ever had. Im so comfortable there I'm happy I get to have my car serviced there. Definately a dealership that pride themselves on customer service. More

From the moment I notified Ardmore Toyota dealership via the Internet I received prompt notifications from the general sales manager Kim Gallia and a recieved a phone call from Internet Sale Director Tim Ch the Internet I received prompt notifications from the general sales manager Kim Gallia and a recieved a phone call from Internet Sale Director Tim Chung. I returned his call and made an appoinent for the following evening. Once I entered the dealership I was introduced to Carl Camaroto my sales associate. We discussed the type of vehicle I wanted and financial requirements. Though the vehicle I wanted was not in stock they found one and had it delivered the next business day. I was not able to test drive the truck for a few days due to a family emergency. Thankfully Carl was able to hold it until I was able to come in. The test drive went great. Carl and I sat down squared up the numbers and with the assistance of another associate we signed the paperwork and closed the deal. Before I left the lot an associate helped set up my phone with the blue tooth option. Overall I am extremely happy with the service I received at Ardmore Toyota. Thanks so much! C. Cahill More
We went in 95% decided on another car (Honda Accord or CRV) at a nearby dealer. Qasim (or Q, as he is called) sold us on a Toyota Prius. A sales development person, Sean Baker, convinced us to make an appointment at Aardmore Toyota. We were greeted by a sales manager as soon as we arrived. It was nice that he formally introduced to the salesman, Bobby Tahmas. (At most dealerships, you feel like you're lunged at by vultures after arriving.) Bobby was more than knowledgeable in answering our questions. He asked how I would be using the vehicle, yearly miles, the features that I like in a vehicle and helped us narrow the search. Bobby wasn't just making a sale. He genuinely wanted us to be happy with our selection and took the time to have a clear understanding of our lifestyle, our vehicle needs and the features that we like in a vehicle. Bobby understood that I panic when I feel I get lost driving, and helped select a Toyota Camry SLE model with GPS. The car has a wonderful sound system, leather interior, a great warranty plus it gets great mileage. The other stress that I have is with dropping the car off for preventive maintenance, getting back home, commuting to work. Bobby explained that Ardmore has a service center near University City, and would shuttle me to my job, then back for pick up at the end of the day. How great is that? I financed some of the cost of the vehicle, which was effortless with this dealership. They truly are professionals in this area. I left feeling that I got a more than fair price on a quality car that has luxury features. Bobby Tahmas went above and beyond with us. As with any dealership, weekends can be busy. I would recommend making your appointment during a weeknight or early in the day if you go on the weekend. More
