Two things were important that Ardmore provided. Upfront they told me how the process would work for buying a used car. Understanding how the process of buying it and what goes into the car was really refreshing. Also knowing the the sales were non-commissioned really helped with the experience. It made me feel more comfortable talking about needs, price, and just discussing the car in general. Theresa is one of the nicest car salesman, or just person in general, that I have met. She was very knowledgable, kind, understanding and went out of her way to make sure I had anything I needed to make a decision. Once I made the decision she followed through on everything and more.
