Went to this dealership with a check in hand ready to buy a brand new car. I was told to wait which was fine with me, but once a sales representative came around he wasn't much help. I took my car for its initial scheduled maintenance to the service department at Toyota in Ardmore, PA in 2006 and have been a loyal customer every since. But nothing can compare to the service I received on May 12, 2012. I had a great buying experience here and might I add this is my 2nd car I purchased here. My salesman Bobby Tahmas was extremely courteous, patient and understanding, all the while being very professional and offering great customer service. He had a great sense of humor which I tested all day. :) His patience was outstanding. Bobby is one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. I will definitely visit Bobby again when I am ready to purchase another vehicle and will send anybody and everybody to him, but not on Tuesdays (when he is off...lol). He is why I have rated a 5 on all the scores. He is surely a great asset to your company. Thanks so much! But it would not be fair if I did not mention the incredible Salesmanager Ted. He is also warm and understanding and goes the extra mile in getting you what you need and want in buying a car. I guess this goes without saying that Toyota Ardmore is the best dealership ever!!!
