Later, when I casually dropped in without an appointment for an adjustment on my navigation screen, I was attended to immediately with courtesy. The problem was fixed without ceremony, to the point. After the adjustment I can see the screen very well. Overall experience at the dealership is always pleasant. When Kevin showed the car initially he gave me time to understand certain functions and allowed time for me to think. Discussing the trade in price with Jason was without stress and was within my means. They made me feel they had a regard for my interest. I am happy to have decided to buy a small economic car at the right time just when the Prius c came out. I feel the car was made just for me. I am also happy that car was offered by Toyota of Ardmore. Great car in a great dealership. I was not happy with the car I bought 2 years ago. Driving was just a chore. But I am very happy now with the Prius C, driving is now an experience. More

I purchased a used Toyota Corolla yesterday at Ardmore Toyota, and am delighted with the experience and the results. I came without an advance appointment and was promptly greeted and cared for by one of the sales staff who stayed with me through the whole process of listening to my requirements, test driving, considering options and making an offer, which was accepted, and on into the paperwork and wrap up part. The Business Manager was also stellar in her gracious and informative completion of the financial end of things. Because my previous car was in an accident, we also had a rental car to deal with, which Kevin arranged to have the rental agency pick up at the dealership. I got a great deal and all kinds of warranty protection, hassle free service from start to finish. I headed out confident that I have trouble free miles ahead in my new (to me) Toyota, and look forward to dealing with the service staff as my car has its covered routine maintenance at either Ardmore or Central City Toyota.
