Being a female I'm very hesitant and weary about taking my car in for repairs. I'm always worrying about being taking advantage of or being over charged. Whenever my car needs to be serviced I take my car my car in for repairs. I'm always worrying about being taking advantage of or being over charged. Whenever my car needs to be serviced I take my car to ardmore toyota, the people there are always nice but there is one representative there that always stands out to me, Don Cannon. He is always approachable, polite, informative and respectful. There is no question that is too dumb and no time where he is ever too busy to answer a question. He keeps me informed about what is needed with my car, how long the repairs will take, if any, and always ensures to ask if I'm going to wait for my car, if so he offers the courtesy shuttle so that I can enjoy shopping and while I''m out I get phone calls updating me with the status of my car. I love the quality of service I get from Don Cannon. I could take my car to any Toyota dealer for service/repairs but with the quality of care I get here at toyota ardmore and from Don Cannon, why would I ever go anywhere else. More
First of all, my car shopping experience for the last several months have been a nightmare. Just when I think I've found the right car some thing would go wrong. So when I saw a great deal on the interne several months have been a nightmare. Just when I think I've found the right car some thing would go wrong. So when I saw a great deal on the internet about a vehicle on Ardmore's used website I became truly cynical. Boy was I wrong, I inquired on the website and Al Portela was very patient and sent up a time that fit my needs. After arriving there I never felt pressured or ignored at their beautiful establishment. The whole buying process there was smooth and hassle free. All of my questions were answered in a very professional manner and not once did I feel as if I was being treated different because I decided to purchase a used vehicle. I told all of my friends about Ardmore Toyota and especially Al Portela!!! I definitely will be buying my vehicles in the future form them! You will not regret it! I reached out to Ardmore Toyota for a new Sienna XLE. Al responded to my email with fully disclosed pricing and information. Every questions I had were answered in detail and extra needed information. A responded to my email with fully disclosed pricing and information. Every questions I had were answered in detail and extra needed information. Al and I closed on the new vehicles within 10 emails messages. I arrived at the dealer with my checkbook, sign and inspect the vehicle. The longest part of this whole deal was negotiation for Toyota Extended Service (extra warranty) = 15 mins (I wanted a fair deal for 7yrs 100K warranty, which Ardmore would def. work their best to give you, again, fair price. Al would not lose your deal if you come in with knowledge of what you want, what to expect (reasonable expectation is expected of buyer, I believe it will help the negotiation process move along quicker). He is HONEST! Can I say that about a car-sale man? As soon as He was sent out to up sell me the "paint/leather" protection package and realize I would reject, he would feel it and left it alone. Al knows the internet-sale is the new game in-town for the car-buying scheme and he stays on top of his pricing. I can't say enough, his price is FAIR. If you check on truecar.com, his price quotes would be in the far left (Lower-Lowest) of the bell-curve. You can buy and deal with Al and the Ardmore Team with confidence. From the time that I walked in I was happy. The people were friendly and the service was A+++. We just so happen to be there on the 4th of July. The food they had out was amazing. I was upset I had to go home a cook my own because I was just fine eating what Tony was making. Q the salesman was so knowledgeable and made sure I saw ever option of the 4Runner. In the past I drove a Mercedes and the customer service was horrible and the service dept was even worse. I actually thought that's just the way it goes, until I went to Ardmore toyota. The color and model I wanted wasn't available at that time so I was going to have to wait till one was made. It was well worth the wait, I got everything I wanted and more before the estimated time. Who doesn't love surprises? I just took my new car in for the protect all seal and my 30 day inspection. Again they don't miss a beat! Keira&Drew in the service dept took good care of my every need. Before I knew it I was back in my new car with it cleaned from top to bottom feeling like I just drove it off the lot for the first time. Not only would I go back and send everyone I know... I might want a job because I believe in what they sell and what they are about. More

I thought I was going to be on an hour long errand... It took over 5 hours just to get an oil change, new key, and key fob! It took additional time for staff to discover you can not make a new key from the took over 5 hours just to get an oil change, new key, and key fob! It took additional time for staff to discover you can not make a new key from the valet key/ need master key (which was never told to us upon purchasing the vehicle either). Arrrggg. The charges were ridiculous, but Don was good about getting the fob replaced under warranty and offering a discount on the labor charge. More
